DO NOT use this company

DO NOT use this company, I too received details from them and also thought from HMRC, they took 1/2 my refund after I had to wait 3 months to get, the only telephone no they give you can only leave a message and just a PO address to write to, no Email address. I was sent a cheque but couldn't cash it as they keep changing banks, but when I did get it after numerous messages left, it was only half of what I was due. I reported to HMRC, Rip if Britain and fraud squad, but they were useless, but DON'T use Marriage Allowance Ltd, scammers.

Terrible company. Feel an wolly for falling for it but blame lack of sleep and desperate for cash.

We can do something. One : report to the HRMC and get them investigated for Fraud. I am happy to send anyone the link.

Two> Both accountants, lets get them struck off.

Three: Call the local newspapers and the nationals . Lets get them investigated and cause problem for all the family and friends, Sure the parents are over the moon with these kids they have raised.

Me and my husband have had the same…

Me and my husband have had the same experience. We don’t remember ticking some box to say marriage allowance limited can have 852 which was due to us!.Our landlord is selling our house and we’re being evicted on the 1st feb, really needed this money so bad :( cannot contact them as it’s a P.O. Box address, well thanks very much for making me stress and worry even more about our situation.I was going to put most of it towards a deposit and carpets etc.I don’t have the luxury for family to help out etc, really am panicking about what we will do.This is an absolute disgrace, might have a family of 5 homeless after Christmas.

Received a letter today and was quite close to fill the letter and send it in but luckily came across this site.
On further investigation it was clear that this is just a scam. There is a box just above the signatures which tripped me off as it says that 'I am unconditionally assigning and tax returns to be made to Marriage Allowance Ltd' surely if it's my money it must come to me rather than going to any 3rd party. Bloody Scammers

I have also been a victim I made a claim and heard nothing assumed we were going through hmrc themselves and never realised it was a 3rd party company. Contacted hmrc today to be told they have already paid a check to this company they also advise me its happened quite alot with this company and are very aware of them. How can people do this to normal working class people who need their money. I have tried every way possible to contact this company to see if I can get any of my money back to no avail. Even contacted building of "the adress" who say it's just an address for post only. Please if anyone nos how to get in contact please help already called citizens advice they told me to seek legal advice and get this investigated. Please do not use this company like I did

My husband and myself believed this was hmrc too. We have since done everything to stop them getting our rebate. It's proving difficult as everything this company is doing is legal. However hmrc will investigate this company and hopefully put a stop to them doing this if they get 50+ complaints. Please if you have been a victim or are going through this with this company. Formally complain to hmrc. I was complaint number 1!! Stop these fraudsters being able to do this!!!! So far they can't touch my money! I plan on keeping it that way. Whatever it takes!!!

Legalised Muggiing Exploiting HMRC…

Legalised Muggiing Exploiting HMRC Failings.

A very slick operation that takes advantage of HMRC errors on your Personal Allowances.
And boy how it exploits it.

Glib marketing Via FB extols a 'Win win' scenario similar to P.P.I.for minimal effort / diligence on your part.......
What is not made clear at any stage are the exorbitant Fees and charges you will pay to make the HMRC correct their own lamentable errors.

At the end of the day although I am financially disadvantaged with only nebulous Consumer Rights Legislation in this area - and combined with probable lack of due diligence on my part (Through which I do not have the resources to pursue at this time)
I FEEL A VICTIM OF WHAT AT BEST COULD BE DESCRIBED AS SHARP PRACTICE.

The ultimate victim is the Tax system as a whole.
My confidence in the integrity in the ability of those in the know to monitor and regulate effectively a glaring loophole in Govt finances is very low.

I concur with all the 'Comments' listed wholeheartedly.
Should they wish to contact me

Scam! Do not get tricked like I did!

I completed he application form under the illusion that this was HMRC. I was given no information that there would be fees associated with this application; I only discovered that it was a different company when I phone HMRC to find out about my refund! I got my confirmation email in April from HMRC in April and to date I’ve still not had my refund! There are no phone numbers or email addresses for contact, there is only a PO Box number. Do not use this company, they have stolen £400 of he money that was owed to me by scamming me!

Have informed hmrc that I believe this company is bogus and they should not send them rebates, how do you take a po box no to court. After this review have had payment from them but they charge 50% of claim plus 20% vat they claim is pay to hmrc who do not charge vat on tax rebate my view is DO NOT GO ANYWHERE THIS LOT

Don’t trust this internet firm!!

Don’t trust this internet firm!!! On Facebook
You do not need to let this company make a claim for you and take a chunk of your refund!!! They keep your money for up to 12 weeks after HMRC release the payment to them!!! HMRC have a page to claim direct that will not cost you one penny!!! Go through the legitimate HMRC site
