Zero customer service

I purchased a vacuum cleaner that stopped working after a few months. Customer service provided some problem solving solutions but these did not work, then requested pics and videos which were provided, but have done nothing about a repair/replacement of the item. They have not responded to my last 3 emails and are just ignoring me while the warranty runs out.

I have now found numerous customer warnings on the internet. But it is too late. Do not buy from Mifo.

Very disappointing + poor customer service

These earbuds worked really well for the first 2 months however. If using an direct sunlight they can cut out, increase/decrease volume or completely shut down. Very annoying while running a half marathon to have to stop and reset your earbuds I have been waiting 5 months for a replacement with very minimal correspondence from the company. I would say that the base and the sound is the best of any earbuds I have ever used. One earbud completely stopped charging after 3 months. I did a lot of research on these earbuds and I landed on these thinking they were superior but they are very inferior.

Stay away!

Just on the 12 months since I bought the earbuds they now won't work in both buds. Only one bud sync with my Bluetooth. No matter how many times I re-pair them audio only comes out of one bud. There is no phone number for Mifo Australia. There's no email and no one responds on the chat. This company should be shut down! They are selling faulty earbuds without any after sales service. Stay away from them.

I have reported a dead unit well within warranty.
I have received the same email twice asking me to do irrelevant checks.
I now see there is a consumer affairs warning about this company for similar concerns.
Their earbuds are not even comfortable despite being advised for small ears, complete BS

Terrible

Terrible. Stay away. They are doddgy. Consumer Affairs Victoria’s has issued a public warning about Mifo.
They have fake reviews on their website - they only publish the positive reviews and ignore the negative ones. I know this because they didnt publish my 1-star review. So they are misleading the public on their true rating.
Their product earbuds did work as advertised. Dodgy blue-booth connection and not properly compatible with Apple devices. They dont offer refunds.

I ordered earpods and paid. Goods never arrived. Delivery status has it out for delivery 8 days agao. Still not arrived. Have sent two emails to company and not had any response. DO NOT BUY from them.

Took money and didn't deliver

I purchased earphones 5 days ago. Have heard nothing from them, no receipt... nothing.

No phone number to call, waiting in the Chat queue 3 times for over an hour. Last time, they just cut me off when it was 5pm and said 'closed'.
I doubt these are ever going to arrive.

The product does not work as described. Their support doesn't want to know you. They just mess you around and take days to respond, if they answer at all. Spend your money on a reputable brand. Check out what Consumer Affairs in Vic has to say "Public Warning"

We purchased earbuds from MIFO

We purchased earbuds from MIFO. No response from MIFO to when these would be delivered after 13days, when they say delivery would be within 3-5 days. We believe that the earbuds will never show up. We suggest that you don't deal with this company.

I paid for Mifo O5 Plus Gen 3 and…

I paid for Mifo O5 Plus Gen 3 and airfome durable carrying case. The website promised delivery in 2-4 business days. I contacted them when there was no updates passed the delivery dates and was informed it would take more than 2 weeks due to no stocks. 10 days later I was informed that they have restocked and will be available in 2 days. I asked them to cancel the order since there was no response from them. They said they cancelled but 1 week later they still have not refunded the money, nor have I received the items ordered. Despite multiple emails that I sent to them, they did not response to any. I am about to report them to the ACCC next. I wished I read more on their reviews. I have just found a warning from consumer affairs Victoria regarding this same issues experienced by buyers. Such a dishonest company that does not deserve to be on top 10 earbuds.

DO NOT BUY MIFO PRODUCTS

DO NOT BUY MIFO PRODUCTS: I would give zero stars if it was an option. Mifo took 4 months to facilitate the return of my faulty earbuds, which they confirmed they received on 14/05/25. Since then they have ignored my email correspondence & have not sent the replacement earbuds. There is no option to call them giving me no means to sort this out. Worst company I have ever dealt with.
