I like to have an agent of good repute make the booking on my behalf, as holidays are very expensive. It is good to have the documentation printed for future reference.

Ruth understood our requirements and found the deal that suited our needs.

Whenever we book a holiday we always use Miles Morgan in Bath and book the holiday with Debbie.
She is so helpful and spends the time making sure our holiday booking is exactly what we want.
Debbie is also a font of information and giving advice on future holiday destinstions that we are thinking of.
An exceptional service and it's great to actually still have a travel agents shop to go in.
All the staff in the Bath branch are a credit to the company.

We had booked an appointment with Marie as we had dealt with her when she was at TUI Longwell Green and therefore she knew what would suit our tastes and she would pull out all the stops to make sure our holiday would be extra special as it is to celebrate our Golden anniversary and she didn't disappoint. We had a wish list and expected to have to compromise to fit our budget but Marie worked wonders and got us everything on our list without compromise and within budget!
