Warm and friendly reception and efficient competent handling of our Cruise reservations.

As previously we used Debbie at the Bath Branch .
As usual she was very helpful, and what was even better was she had recently been on the cruise we were looking to book.
She was therefore able to give us indep knowledge of the trip which was great.

My travel consultant was Suzanne Carter, who is obviously very experienced. Went thoroughly through my options for flight dates and hotel costs. Like the fact you get a cup of coffee when this was going on.
