Suzanne Carter at Bath MMT pulled out all the stops and patiently tried her utmost to find a holiday that suited me - and she did.

The staff are always very welcoming and keen to help with anything from travel insurance to booking holidays. I will definitely be back.

My friend and I had gone into Mile Morgan with very little idea of where we wanted to go for New Year.To make things more complicated ,we wanted single rooms..Marie could not have been more patient with us trying to find us the best deal and the best place to go,With her help we decided on Bideford.

Our travel specialist, Ella-Louise, went to a great deal of trouble to find us exactly what we were looking for and we left with smiles on our faces. The shop is conveniently located in the city centre.

The staff are very professional but also friendly . They know what they are doing and take the trouble to explain clearly each step in the process . I am so pleased that I did not have to deal with a holiday provider ( in my case a Cruise Company ) on the telephone or online.

Marie was very helpful guiding me through the options for my very first ever cruise. So fingers crossed I'll enjoy the experience. Took me a while to realise I wasn't dealing with Fred Olsen company directly and as always the deal price advertised is never the price available when you investigate the offer. That said price seems OK but as I don't have anything to compare it with I'll reserve judgement until after the cruise. That said Marie was very helpful snd I'm off on my first cruise which I am very excited about!
