I had a really positive experience at mydentist. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and at ease, which is not something everyone always associates with going to the dentist!

The team were friendly, professional, and took the time to make sure I was comfortable and understood everything that was happening. I really appreciated the calm and reassuring approach, as it made the whole experience feel much less stressful.

Really easy to register with the practice, very clean premises, helpful and friendly reception staff and a nice calm place that doesn't smell like a dentists!
I had my first appointment with Catarina and she was great - as an anxious person, she really helped me keep calm and checked on my wellbeing all the way through. I've been back for some well overdue work and Catarina was excellent. I haven't had this much confidence in a dentist in a long time.

I was nervous before my appointment, but the team made me feel completely at ease. The dentist was patient, explained each step, and provided excellent care. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

I was in great pain and went at 9am to arrange an appointment. I was given one 3.20 same day. After a short wait I was given a check, x-ray then my tooth was extracted. I paid a very reasonable fee and arranged a new check up appointment. It was prompt efficient effective staff were polite and informative. Thanks.

Prompt in confirming appointments, the staff were extremely courteous. The clinic is clean and comfortable with minimal waiting. It was a very smooth experience, and the environment put me at ease for the whole time I was there.
The front desk staff are friendly and amenable regarding appointments. I had to rearrange my appointment for two thirty and there was no problem.

My family and I hadn't found a single dental clinic in Sheffield that was helpful with registration for over two years. When we finally went to the clinic, they greeted us with smiles and a warm welcome, completed all the necessary procedures, booked appointments for our children, and gave us regular, ongoing appointments. Excellent service from Paul and the rest of the team at Mydentist Prior to my visit my teeth looked like a witch doctors necklace. I am now chuffed with my new gnashers and can't stop smiling. Friendly helpful got me in fast

The Dentist explained to me what he was going to do, with new fillings, and I didn't even feel the needle going into my gums!
I also had a white filling.
My Dentist was very professional.
And made me feel at ease!

I feel comfortable here as my dentist listens to my concerns and acts on them.
The whole experience from walking in to being seen is extremely positive.
The place is spotless and there are no hygiene concerns.
