Great dentist and dental practice
II am very happy with the standard of service and care that I received from My Dentist. The practise is responsive to enquiries and the reception staff are always helpful and friendly be it on the phone or face to face. Communication is good with appointment reminders etc. Sarah, my dentist, is exceptional. I'm not a big fan of having dental work done but she has always put me at my ease and allowed me to make decisions on my treatment whilst providing her expert opinion to help guide me. They are a great team and thoroughly deserved a 5 star review.

Super lovely dentists!
Lovely receptionists and incredibly helpful and friendly dentists willing to answer any and all questions. My practice is the one in Queensferry, North Wales and it’s very easy to get to and not too far away from homing, parking can be a little tricky sometimes but there’s usually a space free somewhere nearby so it’s not too bad. The services themselves are always on time and very good. Highly recommend, never had a nicer dentist.

I have always had excellent service and care from Alina and her team last 2 years has been tough with meds I need to take affected my teeth and gums badly resulting in numerous taken out thus depressed me but one medication was sorted Alina suggested dentures and so this was done implants were discussed by due to my osteonecrosis it’s a No No my “Rolls Royce “ ones are fabulous just had check up and 1st tine in years she said You teeth gums and dentures in excellent condition- a huge huge thank you to her and all at my dentist as reception are always very pleasant to me

Those on reception were v busy but still acknowledged you & gave you a rough guide to when they would be with you.
