The white Niche Zero has been a joy to live with. It’s wonderfully straightforward, pleasantly quiet, and hopping between grind sizes takes no real effort at all. Retention has been tiny — I’ve never seen more than 0.1g left behind — and giving it a clean isn’t a big job either. All in all, it feels like a well-made, no-nonsense grinder that just gets on with the job.

Been using my Niche Zero for 6 months and I've thoroughly enjoyed it. I wanted a single dose workflow compared to my previous grinder which used a hopper. I'd say my coffee tastes better too.
I bought the grinder originally for aeropress and stove top espresso, knowing that I'd be buying an espresso machine eventually.
I like how the power lead is retractable too. Everyone's kitchen is different, and it helps keep things tidy. If you enjoy your coffee routine, this is well worth the price I think!

Received this the other day and its so easy to dial in my second espresso was almost perfect! The move from my previous grinder (macap mc4) is night and day. The workflow is so simple and the retention Im getting is 0.1g at most.
Flavour and depth has increased, and the grind is predictable. Im using mixed dark and medium roast beans and love the chocolate, almond nutty flavour with a silky mouthfeel and Im dialing that in perfectly.
A predictable grinder that you can adjust with confidence, has close to zero retention and seems to love mefium and dark roasts! Perfect for those early mornings!

We have the Nice Zero in daily use and love it. It's really perfect for grinding at different granularities, very easy to adjust and it provides consistently perfect results. After almost 5 years of flawless grinding experince, there was a problem with the motor, which was serviced perfectly by the vendor. After a quick Email exchange, I could order a corresponding spare part and replace the motor by myself without any problems (very clean and repair friendly design of the entire machine).

This is still the best grinder out there. It's one of the few products that I feel I can safely recommend to anyone, because I know they will not be disappointed. I've had mine for 4 years now. Still runs like new. It's a solid piece of equipment. Heavy. Made of steel like you'd expect. It looks great, and it works great. Used many times a day, and does a perfect job every time.

After a lot of research and endless scrolling through espresso sites and reddit, I bought myself the Niche Zero. I'm a classic espresso kind of person that's looking for gooey thick intense shots. The name zero is related to its minimal retention, and it does well at this, basically never more than 0.1 or 0.2 away from target. worklflow is joy with this machine, its very quiet as well. Cleaning is simplistic, I used the Niche cleaning YouTube vid and was done in 10 mins. If you're into med/dark roast and a classic shot of coffee, this machine is for you.

Purchasing it from the U.S. was easy and delivery was surprisingly fast. The Niche Zero is perfect in my opinion. I have absolutely zero complaints. It works flawlessly, easily adjustable and quieter than I expected.

I purchased my Niche Zero in 2020 and it has been an excellent grinder from the start. Realiable, quiet, easy to use and equally important for me - easy to clean.

After 5 years of consistent heavy use, the electronics on my Niche fuzzed out a few days ago. I emailed the Niche team, explained what happened and I was able to order replacement parts on the same day. Within a week, the parts arrived and now my grinder is as good as new.

The Niche team was very responsive and communications such a breeze. Didn't try to upsell me the new grinder or anything, just let me buy the replacement part I needed for the one I had. Goes to show how well they value their customers.

The Niche grinder is great. I had a problem with the motor and wrote to them asking how to order a replacement. They first talked me through some steps that, if successful, would have avoided me requiring a new motor. In the end, I did need a new one, and the process to buy the replacement was easy .

The Zero is one of the go-to single dose espresso grinders for a reason… & that is felt as soon as you unbox it. It feels rock solid, well built & does everything it says on the tin. 100% worth every penny.

Excellent grinder and fantastic service. I had the grinder for 5 years and was always happy with the quality and practicality of it. Recently, the motor ceased to function. I contacted the company and they responded quickly with detailed diagnostic and repair instructions. Since the simple fix did not solve the problem, they sent the parts that needed replacing. It was a cheap and easy repair for me. The grinder now works like new again. Great company.
