I strongly advise anyone considering…
I strongly advise anyone considering this clinic to be extremely cautious.
I visited Night & Day Dentist due to severe tooth infection and unbearable pain. I chose them because of their high Google ratings, which I now believe are highly questionable.
During the first appointment, all they did was place a temporary medicated dressing in my tooth—this alone cost £695. Throughout the procedure, the dentist repeatedly appeared distracted by the television in the room (playing Harry Potter), which was very unprofessional.
After the appointment, my pain became far worse, and a new swelling appeared on the roof of my mouth—something I did not have before the treatment. The condition became so severe that we had to return the same evening for an emergency review.
At the second visit, the dentist removed the temporary filling but forgot that the medicated dressing she had placed earlier was still inside the tooth. She then pressed forcefully on the swelling without warning and without adequate pain relief. I was crying and screaming, yet the procedure continued. No clear explanation was given, and the entire visit felt rushed and extremely rough.
By the time I left, I was traumatised and barely able to walk.
The following Monday, my local dentist examined me and immediately removed the forgotten dressing. The moment it was taken out, a large amount of infection drained out, and the swelling finally began to improve.
We later submitted a formal complaint, but the clinic’s response completely avoided addressing the mistakes and the harm caused.
In my experience, not only did this clinic fail to treat my infection, but the condition worsened significantly after their intervention. They charge extremely high fees while providing incomplete and unsafe treatment, taking advantage of vulnerable patients who urgently need help.
I would strongly recommend avoiding this clinic.
Go for the more experienced Dentists
I saw Dr Nisar 5 weeks ago at the Birmingham Clinic. I have left it this long to see if his repair work holds, which I’m happy to say it does!
I had a root canal earlier in the year which cracked within 6weeks of the second stage appointment.
I was quite disappointed to be told by (another night and day dentist in Nottingham, whom I shall not name), that the tooth was now beyond repair and that I would have to pay to have it removed and that I should do this as soon as possible -even though as a now dead tooth with the nerve removed, it was causing me no pain. I was even told that it was an unwise decision to not go ahead with the extraction that very evening. I refused and went away and decided to book in within two weeks with another night and day dentist for a second opinion.
The Birmingh Clinic and Dr Nisar had their reservations at first given the Nottingham colleagues notes, but once they had seen inside my mouth and listened to what I had to say in person Dr Nisar was happy to do a repair job which has now lasted as long as the original root canal, and I’m hopeful will go on to last for several years.
It goes to show how a more experienced dentist can make a massive difference to your treatment, so I shall be asking for Dr Nisar in future.
The dentist I saw was good and…
The dentist I saw was good and professional. However the business prays on people in an emergency £390 to remove a tooth and £490 to start a root canal and my own dentist to finish it off. Thankfully I said no and waited and paid £27 to my own dentist.

I had an emergency appointment here for a tooth that was causing me a great deal of pain. Another dentist had told me they couldn’t resolve the issue and had referred me to a specialist. This was months ago so I’d been in daily pain for those months. It was affecting my sleeping and my eating. Dr Asam and the dental nurse were both incredibly lovely and reassuring. I struggle a lot with anxiety but they both reassured me every step of the way. And I left in no pain!
Dentist Aadam was very reassuring.

Wasn’t seen utterly disappointed
Having been suffering for a while I decided to eliminate dental problems as a source of the pain in my mouth. Got a same day appointment. Turned up on time and was told I’d have to wait 20 minutes. After 45 minutes I asked what was happening and when I might be seen. They politely told me they didn’t know. As soon as possible and an earlier patient had a complex procedure. When I asked why they gave me an appointment that wouldn’t be kept there was no reason. Cancelled and left. So don’t think you’ll be seen. Appointments mean nothing. I’m no further forward. Off to a gp when I can get an appointment. At least I won’t have to pay for the care. I’m so disappointed. ☹️
Many thanks to Night and Day
Many thanks to Night and Day, and specifically Adam for seeing me yesterday a) on short notice and b) at 9pm. I was having a dental emergency, and had been messed around by 111. But managed to get an appointment here. Treatment was done very well, and professionally - I felt at ease.
Thank you
Brislington - how much?
My daughter was treated in Brislington, Bristol for a molar filling that had fallen out leaving a sharp edge. She was treated on a Sunday evening. She received two x-rays (including other problematic teeth), some detailed advice, a temporary filling under local anaesthetic, a prescription for antibiotics, and a recommendation to have further work done. Cost was £500, seems expensive, so 3 stars from my perspective.

I had a wonderful experience at the dental clinic in Leicester from start to finish. Rami gave me a warm welcome, and Caroline provided excellent care. I can’t thank them enough and highly recommended clinic!
Tooth Extraction
Had a cracked tooth for around 2 months and caused pain daily. Getting an appointment with same day treatment is hard to find nowadays but that’s just what night and day dentist offer. Phoned at 14:00, appointment at 17:00 and tooth extracted and out by 18:00. Dr Abubakr (dentist) was absolutely brilliant, spoke to me in clear instructions about what’s happened and the cause of it, gave me plenty of opportunities to ask questions. Had an x-ray and rather than just talking to me about his findings from the X-ray he invited me to sit at the computer so he can sit and talk me through what he found whilst also showing me on the screen. Jess (dentist nurse) was lovely and polite and was greeted in a professional manner with a smile. On first arriving the receptionist foyer was nicely laid out and clean. Ala (receptionist) was welcoming with a smile, answered any questions that I needed to ask. Definitely recommend to anyone who is in need or urgent treatment. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Amazing dentist offers such great support
Dr, Nisar saw me on the Monday and was able to get me in on the Tuesday to have my impacted widsom tooth remove. After a full day of worrying I came to the dentist. And they made me so welcomed and was so kind to me during the procedure . The finance price for the extraction is absolutely fine and it is good.
Greedy and liars
Got an appointment today at 2.15 as I have an abscess under my jaw. Did not get seen until 3pm. Waiting room full to bursting. Dentist asked me what was wrong and I said I could feel the abscess under the jaw and was getting pain all along the jaw and even up into my ear. So she examined my mouth. Tapped on nearly all my teeth on the right with a metal instrument and asked if there was pain in any of the teeth to which I said no. I told her I had a sensitive tooth on the top row for which I have been prescribed a special toothpaste by my regular dentist. She asked when I was prescribed this, and I said on Tuesday. She said it was good and it should help. She then took 3 X-rays. Examined my mouth again tapping on the teeth and asking if they were painful, to which I again said no. She then said I had gum disease and said I had large amounts of plaque on my teeth, that they all need cleaning , which they could do today and then she would give me a course of antibiotics. Cost? £295 for the cleaning and £70 for the antibiotics . I said I just wanted some antibiotics for the abscess. She said I did not have an abscess, I said I can feel it, she said there may be something starting. I declined all of it and said I would see my own dentist on Monday. Absolute waste of £50 consultation fee and 1 hour of my time. Just pure greed on the part of these people. I only went to my dentist 4 days ago and apart from the sensitive tooth there was nothing else wrong my teeth. I look after them and see the dentist regularly. This woman made feel like my teeth were a disgrace and it really upset me. I will surely be reporting these people to the appropriate authority.

Great experience as an aspiring dental student. Only made me want to pursue the profession more! I’d recommend to other students who want to get some work experience :)
Great Same Day Treatment from the Leicester Branch!
I had a sudden on set of tooth ace and called Night and Day Leicester for a check up, they advised to visit the branch and I was seen straight away by a Dentist for a consultation and treatment. I was attended to by Dr Caroline, Emma and Rami. Great Service!
Great polite service
Great polite service, I've had a phobia of dentists since I was a child but they put me at ease and after I broke my tooth eating chicken wings they extracted it within the hour and I would highly recommend to anyone.
Brilliant friendly service!
Amazing! Made appointment for 5.30 as was in a lot of pain with a wisdom tooth. Liam the receptionist was great, I filled in all of the forms and everything was explained well.
Went in to see Dr Gurv & Nurse Rachel who put me at ease straight away. Explained the problem, they took a look and did a quick xray. Said they could take my tooth out straight away as it was infected and growing sideways. Was given a numbing injection and waited for that to work then went back in , tooth out, aftercare instructions given, prescribed antibiotics and was on my way home by 6.20!
This is private dental so it is not cheap but well worth it for how quick it is and not having to wait for NHS dentist to be seen. Would fully recommend and would return if I had any future problems ! Thank you!
