I ordered a burberry perfume 25 euros , it had no scent, it seemed to be old and bad, 22 I paid for the perfume and 2,90 for the cost of delivery. I had to pay eleven more to send it back and they returned 22 euros, 14 euros for nothing but air, total fraud, never buy a thing from there

Order delivered after cancellation — now blocked from returning
I cancelled my order, but you still shipped it and it was delivered to me anyway. Now your system shows the order as “cancelled”, and because of that I can’t initiate a return or get proper support.
I’ve emailed multiple times and received no answers. I’ve also called customer service and there is no English option (hello, it is 2026!!!!), which makes resolving this nearly impossible.
There is no customer support, or I’m being ignored.
YOU SHOULD FIND A WAY TO HANDLE ISSUES BETTER.

I paid extra for home delivery
I paid extra for home delivery, yet without any warning or consent I was told via an automated message to collect a large, heavy parcel from lockers within 4 days. This completely defeats the purpose of paying for home delivery. Had I known the service would not be honored, I would have chosen a cheaper and more convenient option. Unacceptable and very disappointing experience.
