I confess I was dazzled by Oakmans in the first instance but their poor communication and high sale pricing got me nowhere after 12 weeks of marketing.
Oulsnams are the chiefs, put your trust in these guys; viewing and sales offer within weeks!!

Shelbi and Sarah were very professional in their dealings with us. We felt they had a good understanding of the pros and cons of our house and took our instructions into account. Selling a house is stressful but we felt the agents actively helped in the process.

I had an exceptional experience with Oulsnams Moseley. All the staff have been great, especially Lauren who was responsive, helpful and professional throughout.

Oulsnam were really good from start to finish , they took photos and measurements all at the first arranged meeting and advised on the selling price with examples of local properties.
Tom was extremely knowledgeable and professional and sent the draft the same day , the adverts were live the next day.
