Support is helpful and once they initially respond. Can take a few days if it’s a not flagged as urgent. Always helpful when we have questions or need assistance.
I wish the UI in the account for our server was a bit less chaotic and if it had some visual cpu/ram usage chart by default but still very happy with them supplying our server as they have been more reliable than our old server with another company.

On first response, discarded all responsibility, but after messages exchanged and after some time, they provided some compensation procedure. Thank you for being reasonable and to understand. (I have been talking with real people, not some inhuman bot clerk)

Think very carefully before purchasing this service.
At first, everything seems fine.
Then the subscription cost starts increasing, without any clear justification. Soon after, the service disruptions begin.
Connection problems become constant. Reliability drops to the point where you start questioning the value of what you're paying for—and naturally, you begin looking at alternatives.
That’s when you realize this service costs at least three times more than comparable options on the market. By then, however, the price has already been raised.
Meanwhile, the disruptions continue.
So you decide to cancel.
No confirmation email. No clear communication. Just vague status updates on the website that keep changing from day to day.
First, it says *“deactivation requested.”*
You assume it’s over.
But then it changes to *“scheduled deactivation.”*
Meanwhile, the service is still unreliable, and connection issues persist.
And yes—you’re still being charged. At an inflated price.
At this point, you decide to stop paying.
Only then does the first email arrive: a warning that your service will be deactivated if you don’t pay.
You think they’ll understand, given the ongoing issues.
Then comes the second email: your service is now officially deactivated.
But it doesn’t end there—you’re still expected to pay, because your case will be forwarded to a debt collection agency.
Think very carefully before purchasing this service.

Absolutely terrible experience
Absolutely terrible experience. I placed an order for a dedicated server (Order ID: 21407422) because it clearly stated **“delivery in 120 seconds.”** That promise is completely misleading.
It has now been **over 48 hours**, and more than **3 days of my billing cycle are already gone**, yet my server has still not been delivered. The only response I received was a vague message saying it could take up to 72 hours — which directly contradicts what was advertised at the time of purchase.
What’s worse:
* No proper updates on my ticket
* Support is unresponsive
* Phone support says “closed” even during working hours
This is extremely unprofessional. If you cannot deliver in 120 seconds, don’t advertise it. Customers make decisions based on that information.
I expect either:
1. Immediate delivery of my server, or
2. Compensation/extension for the lost time caused by your delay
Right now, this feels like false advertising and very poor customer service. Would not recommend.

I have a very good experience with OVHcloud and their dedicated servers. The performance was stable, the uptime was excellent, and everything worked exactly as expected. I used it to host a RedM server and it handled everything smoothly without any issues.
The setup was straightforward, and overall the service felt reliable and professional.

It was actually decent server for the price until i tried to cancel it for some reason the form just failed with error code so I contacted support which btw idk why there website redirect me to .eu while im on .ca so my account doesnt work horrible routing eventually they told me they will cancel the service and refund me ok i look back a few day refund done service not canceld so i cancel it myself which works this time and still got charged after ok i contact support refund again no they give me basically their equivilant of in store credit which is worthless to me since i have no service that i need of them and now so i tried to go trough paypal they tell me to contact support again so now ive been going for 3weeks or so just to cancel a service and to get refund because they charged me after i canceled it

Long-time OVHcloud user. Great range of services and good price-to-performance ratio.
Support is generally helpful - in my recent case (CS15446116), they were understanding and flexible, which I really appreciate.
The control panel could be more intuitive, as it’s sometimes hard to find things.
Overall, a reliable provider.
dam right shocking AVOID
dam right shocking. this service use to amazing and couldn't fault it however... now I'm currently looking for a new server host after 10 years!!!
my bill date has always been the 7th as this is payday. then one day it suddenly changed to the 1st, i contact ovh as my server was shut off for none payment and was advised to turn on auto renew this would give me time to pay before it was shut off again which is fine....
i then paid the extra for them to put my billing date back to the 7th and all was fine...fast forward a year maybe 2.
my billing date is now back to the 1st because of this stupid auto renew that i was told to do and now talking there garbage support have been told i now have to cancel my contract with them in order to change my billing date which now means my server which is 5 years old i now no longer get a contract discount and have to pay FULL PRICE for the server because its no longer under contract due to them.... all this BECAUSE THEY CHANGED MY DATE!!!!!
luckily for me having no contract now means i can look while where for a hosting company that actherly give a dam about there customers which then i can tell them where to shove the server and end the 10 years that ive been with them.

I have been with OVH for more than 2…
I have been with OVH for more than 2 Years now. From service reliability perspective, I haven't faced any issue. It was very good with cost vs performance comparison. Another part is I needed to resolve some billing related issues which they did provide a totally unexpected solution which did amazes me. I do recommend them for anyones need.

Rest assured that I will be arranging transfer of my domains away from OVH as soon as the 60-day icann-lock has passed and will not be using OVH for any further services in the future. Misleading forms, misleading information from support agents.

Very unreliable service provider
Very unreliable service provider. We have been a customer for over 5 years and have used automatic billing for our services. However, in recent months the automatic payments have been failing about once a month, which eventually led to OVH suspending our services due to an unpaid invoice — even though the issue was caused by their billing system.
I have contacted customer support multiple times regarding these billing problems, but have never received any real help or resolution. It is hard to understand how such a large company cannot handle automatic payments properly or send multiple warnings before suspending services.
I cannot recommend such an unreliable provider to anyone looking for a hosting partner.

Awful customer service
Awful customer service! They block your account even if you make a payment via transfer and do not reflect it in your account even months after the payment is done. Even when they find the transfer after many tickets are opened, they need almost a full day of waiting with production servers locked. I highly do not recommend them for critical operations.
