Brilliant removal and storage service
Last year, Haydon and Aaron removed and stored the contents of my home. They were polite, helpful, courteous, took care of my furnishings and worked very hard, with good humour. Haydon, Leon and Mark moved my contents back in recently and once again, they took great care, were polite and courteous and did a great job. Lauren and Connor organised the moves brilliantly and the whole team made a stressful time in my life a lot easier. I highly recommend their services.

The dream team!
I just wanted to take a moment to thank Hayden, Joe, David, and Kevin for their outstanding service yesterday – they were absolutely fantastic, truly the dream team!
I was feeling quite anxious about the day, but their professionalism and friendly demeanour immediately put me at ease. They were not only efficient but also incredibly polite and considerate throughout the entire process. I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience – they made everything so much smoother.
I’d also like to thank Lauren and the team in the office, as they were a pleasure to communicate with and incredibly efficient.

Outstanding service from start to finish!
My wife and I needed removals, export wrapping, and storage in preparation for our move to Australia. From our initial consultation with Joe Grafton to the moving day expertise of Scott and Callum, and the recent support from Samantha, Connor, and Ashley during our visit to reorganise our belongings in storage, we have been thoroughly impressed. The entire team has been incredibly friendly, professional, and supportive throughout the process. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and we truly can’t thank them enough!

Perfect professional people
A stressful week due to house damage was suddenly lifted for a few hours thanks to these guys.
Great communication and truly helpful, courteous guys helped us. We had a good laugh as the guys moved, unwrapped and pushed everything into place.

Office staff were quick and efficient getting me a removal date as soon as possible. The removal guys were brilliant, they went above and beyond even assembled my beds while I was out! Great service will recommend

Perfect Group Saved The Day
A short-notice large domestic pack, removal and unload was handled with the utmost care, attention and professionalism by Steve and the team. Thank you.
But there is more. It was the little things, the care with wrapping and packing, the courtesy, the reliability, the communication, all faultless.
The big things too were handled brilliantly, including a grand piano, actually the piano sounds better after the move, so thanks for tuning it on the journey.
At the time I said how impressed I was, how this move was the best move ever. So only five stars, I would actually rate ten.

Everything around the removal was handled incredibly professionally.
Regular phone contact & updates with the Exeter office & Richard on the ground was really helpful.
The two teams on the two days were brilliant.
My 91 year old Mum was very grateful to have her belongings so well cared for. We would have no hesitation in recommending the company. Perfect service!

Steve and the guys did a great job removing all our furniture into storage, packing and covering all our furniture and fragile items..
They were very accommodating all the way through the move.

We recently had the contents of our house packed, removed and stored by this company, and I can give them 10 out of 10 at least for every aspect of their work. Communication, attention to detail regarding, packaging and removal were all exemplary. All the people from this company were extremely kind, patient and helpful. Everything was packed well and all boxes were clearly labelled. I highly recommend this company and all of the staff 100%.

I would like to say thank you so much to Perfect Removals and especially to the two guys who moved us into our temporary accommodation in Holt, they most certainly went above and beyond to ensure that everything went smoothly with the move. All the 'loan' furniture arrived on time and the two put everything together for us and even assembled the rooms so that they looked great, what an absolutely wonderful service I would recommend them to anyone. They also then followed me to our flooded home to bring back some items we needed as we will be here for some time, they once again carried everything to it's place in the rental property. Can't fault this service from start to finish from picking up the phone, being kept informed, and follow up calls to ensure everything went smoothly. Wouldn't dream of using anyone else anymore.

These movers are AMAZING
Wow what a lovely bunch of movers. They were so fast and efficient. They are very friendly and took great care over the wrapping of our stuff and it was all packed so thoroughly. We actually felt so at ease with them we left them to it and went for a walk and brunch. If you can't decide which movers to get choose these.....they are so worth every penny. Look no further. In fact when our son moves out we will be having them again. They really are a wonderful company.
