Terrible service and communication!
Scheduled to have an induction hob delivered and installed by Product Care. The fitter arrived and refused to install the hob due to the appliance requiring a lower rated fuse. My electrician spoke to him over the phone while at the property and assured him that he would come to the property following the installation and put in a new fuse, and that the fitter could leave the existing appliance fuse turned off. The fitter still refused to install the hob and left in a hurry telling us to just reschedule the installation. The next available installation date was a week later.
We were given a time slot of 7am-8am, the fitter arrives at 7am and parks outside the property, only to sit in his vehicle for a minute and suddenly drive off. Left with no message or indication of what the status of our delivery/instalation was. Only later that day after getting through to Product Care support are we told that the driver was not comfortable with doing this job and left, and told us to reschedule the installation again!
Now the installation is postponed to the following week which will result in us being without a working hob for 2 weeks from the initial delivery date and a complete waste of a day.
Shocking service and lack of communication from Product Care!

integrated Bosch dishwasher…
We had an integrated Bosch dishwasher delivered and installed. The engineer said he could not fit the door on as it was catching at the bottom, he suggested a couple of ml was shaved of the cupboard door. The dishwasher could not be balanced until this was fitted. He said we could use the dishwasher. He advised us to telephone and ask for an engineer to come back out and fix this when the door had been altered.
When contacted we were told they would not come out and do this.
We have returned the dishwasher and would not recommend these installers.

Awful communication
Delivery window for order was very far in advance. Waited for delivery, was told that the delivery was cancelled - no email only found out by checking the tracking. Called up the service to find out what happened - was told that my item must not have been loaded onto the van. Was told that the next delivery date was over a week away, but that they would try to find an earlier slot and that they would call me back. Checked the tracking again a few hours later. tracking said that the delivery had been arranged for a weeks' time. Waited to be contacted, was not contacted. After an hour called customer service. Was told that the person I spoke to originally had only just sorted for the new slot, and that they were on lunch (at 16:00 but fine). No information around other slots, only that they hoped that it would work for me. Cancelled the order and will find someone more communicative and reliable.

I have never in my life dealt with such an incompetent company! If I could give 0 stars then I would. Ordered a fridge freezer through very and the first time for delivery this company didn’t even load it onto the van, didn’t even advise me they weren’t able to deliver, baring in mind I have I need this appliance asap due to mind being broke, this was ordered over 3 weeks ago! Tried to make a complaint I was advised I could not and that I had to go through very. Rescheduled booking in for today. And shock shock horror they Havnt bothered yet again and once again have both bothered to advise me! Stay very clear of this delivery company absolute shambles they are

Chest freezer looked like it was too wide for the door to get it inside the house. Big Reecey found a way and with care took it to the summerhouse without damaging the freezer or any part of the house or doorway.
Once again they went up and above to ensure satisfaction. Well done lads.

Failed delivery…TWICE!
Twice this company has failed to deliver my tumble dryer. On both occasions, there was absolutely no communication from the company — no phone call, no email, nothing. I only discovered the delivery wasn’t happening by checking the tracking app myself.
What makes this even more frustrating is that I was given a delivery time slot, only to later be told the item “wasn’t on the van.” I’m struggling to understand how you can provide a delivery window for an item that apparently was never loaded in the first place.
I’ve now wasted two days waiting at home for deliveries that never arrived. While the customer service team were polite when I contacted them, the responsibility should not have been on me to chase for information. The company should have proactively informed me about the issue each time.

Dishwasher installation
Had a Bosch integrated dishwasher fitted by Karl-R. He was excellent, he made sure to take his time and did his best to ensure that the integrated dishwasher could have both panels attached despite the difficulty in this task.
new fridge/ freezer delivered
We had a new fridge/ freezer delivered, good communication surrounding estimated delivery and arrived during delivery time provided the day before.
Lee G the delivery driver was very helpful and carefully placed our new appliance into our kitchen. Respecting our property and ensuring no damage to either the new product or our house. He also usefully provided us with information about allowing gases to settle before turning on (we did not know this).
All packaging with also taken away with him.
Great service would you again.
Not a good experience
I bought a washing machine from a company that use this group for delivery. It’s been a nightmare from start to finish. I chose a delivery date of Tuesday 19th May but received a message to say that delivery date couldn’t be met and to chose another. The next available date was 29th May, two weeks later. I phoned ProductCare and did speak to a very helpful gentleman and wvwntually, on the Monday I got a delivery of 22nd May (today). A delivery slot of 9.59-11.59 was given along with a tracker. The day dawned, the tracker didn’t work and the washing machine didn’t arrive. Another telephone call to ProductCare, and I was advised the drivers were at the delivery before mine & were running late. It is now 12;57 and I’ve just had a call to say they would be another half an hour! It really isn’t acceptable, we’ve been waiting in all morning for this delivery and so say I am pissed off is an understatement! Not a good esperience at all 😡
I've tried to respond to the email address given so they can 'look into this' and it's bounced back as not recognised. Why am I not surprised!!!
