If I could I would be leaving no stars. Recent order of white fox arrives 3 weeks after delivery and the quality of the material is disgusting. Don’t waste your money!!?

Absolute scam and zero customer service. If the order does finally turn up - direct from China not London, that they take no accountability for and you have to return at your own cost regardless of how late and/ or the poor quality.
We still are waiting for our order, and we are told it is in transit and they will not cancel the order or refund unless we return the order- that we haven’t received.

If I could give zero I would. Shocking customer service. Ordered 4 weeks ago for something for Christmas, but still not received and I’m told I can’t get a refund because it’s been shipped

Awful products. Counterfeit at its worse. The tracksuits are so thin and of a fabric that’s shiny. Absolutely awful. Have started dispute with bank and reported to trading standards

I bought this for my girlfriend who thought the website was legit and all was fine.

I usually check everything before buying and the time I did not, it happens to be this purchase with Rosie & Kate. What a scam. I can buy cheaper clothes from AliExpress with better return policies and security than this company.

I actually wouldn’t even give them one star but you had to give them something before you could write the review….. I paid over £40 for something that doesn’t even show up in my tik tok orders and the tracking number that I was provided with is not recognised with the carrier Evri ……. How has this company not been shut down yet especially by tik tok as they are still allowing this fake company to operate through their platform and has probably made a fortune from unsuspecting customers like ourselves and I wish I had read the reviews before paying…. And I actually went on to the ‘ official’ white fox website and I was directed to Rosie and Kate 🤷🏽‍♀️🤬🤬🤬

Do not buy from this website. The goods are fake. I am still waiting for a refund! Had to pay £30 to send back to China as not UK based. This site is a total scam

Like others I didn’t read the reviews so was actually dreading what I was going to get but I had good correspondence vi email when chasing the order , easy to track and when received yes they aren’t the real thing but can’t fault the quality my daughter at 13 won’t know any difference

Fake fake fake! Advertised as genuine white fox tracksuits, states London based distributors when in actual fact it comes from China!! Also advises of hassle free returns… what they fail to tell you is you have to pay to return the items… to China!!! Might aswell have just set fire to my money 🤣
Will stick by the motto “if it’s too good to be true it usually is” in future!!

Bought this for my partner.... NOT THE TRACKSUIT THE MODEL IS WEARING.... utter tat... literally put it straight in the bin..... wouldn't even use it to wash the car ... Rosie and Kate are conning people.

This is a fraudulent site advertised on TikTok there stock comes from China. Go to official White Fox website. Not UK based at all.

Unfortunately I have fallen victim to this fraudulent company. I have asked twice for a refund as the goods didn’t arrive and lied that it was in the post! Avoid! I wish I did my research first.

DO NOT ORDER. Scammers. Their website says they are a London based company of which they are not. Your item will be shipped from china and it is fake and counterfeit.

I ordered my partner a White Fox tracksuit for Christmas as it was on offer on this website for £40 (I should have known too good to be true) the item arrived in a plastic bag and the material is the cheapest material I have ever seen on a tracksuit. No tags on it, stitching frayed and it was like a scratchy material. Just awful I knew right away this was fake.

I then emailed them for a refund and they had the audacity to I have to return it and the shipping cost is my responsibility as stated in their ‘policies’ which would have cost me £25 to return!

After more emails back and forth with them basically copy and pasting the same email and getting nowhere telling me It’s my responsibility to return and they don’t cover return costs then they will refund when they have received the item.

I opened a dispute with my bank and let my bank deal with these fraudsters. And I ordered the tracksuit off the official white fox website and the difference is night and day.

So please do not order off these people the website is fake, the items are fake and they take your money and run.
This needs shutting down immediately and hopefully trading standards will come down on these and the fraud team.

This is a fraudulent site! Not based in the UK but based in China. The website provides incorrect information and does not make it clear that you are actually purchasing from China. They also mislead you to believe you are buying genuine products! Customer service you keep saying there is a policy and ignoring the fact that they have provided misleading information! just fobbing you off AVOID!!!

The products are terrible quality, the items take over 1 month to arrive and they are definitely not a London based company. Customer service is not good either. I ordered a women’s L and i received a Child’s.

The co.uk domain. They claim to have thousands of reviews and yet they are nowhere to be found. They even use the Trust Pilot colours. They have the logos of various institutions of which I am sure have never published articles about them
. The sizes are completely out as I am a Uk size 10 but purchased large . Everything is far too small for me. The description of the joggers is that they are soft and fleecy but the have the feeling of scratching your nails down a black board. Plus they are skin tight when I had deliberately bought them to be baggy according to the guide on the website.

I do like the jumper which fits even though I bought it in medium. Unfortunately it is already starting to unravel so I don’t think it will last long. Don’t give this company anymore traction and stay away. Horrible !

My order hasn’t even arrived and looking at the reviews I should have never ordered from them, wish I saw this first!!
