Best price, free postage and easy transaction.

Purchased BBB TL 18 Large for MTB, as purchased small version, but wasn't big enough for 2.2" Tyre and Multi-tool.

The large version is spot on and the recess on bottle ensures the tool bottle is gripped and held well in the cage. Purchased another brand, which didn't have this and it wasn't secure in side loading cage. The small screw down lid compartment for chain link or other small items is a handy feature. The tool bottle plastic easily marks when placing in and removing from cage but this doesn't affect functionality.

Would recommend.

Fantastic customer service. I purchased a crank that I received in great time. I thought a part was missing, the owner sent me a pdf explaining how to fit it and what I needed. Excellent service - needed a random part, No one online seemed to have one in, saw that ruk had had one in at some point - did the old fashioned thing and just rang to ask when restock was, Kev ordered me one from his supplier then and there, shipped it the next day - said it would take ten days, arrived in three, no charge for post. It’s brilliant that good bike stores are still out there - and a nice change from the big online stores - seriously, give this store your business!

I bought a Di2 rear derailleur. I called, left a message on a mobile number. I got an immediate callback. Ordered straight away. This is a new setup company with very good prices. I would definitely return again.

Delivery was by ups and next day! Extremely superior service. Cheaper than all of the market larger well known brands. For some reason google doesn’t show RUK straight away, it instead brings paid advertisers, which means you would pay £20-30 more! Very glad I found RUK.

I got the 2 cans of Effetto Carbomove that I needed, at a competitive price with delivery included. I had to wait a few days before extra stock was delivered before placing my order. As promised, I received an email to tell me that stock was now available - thank you Kevin...!
From my point of view, the only minus was that when the goods were shipped and didn't know which carrier had been used and I had no tracking information. I received an anonymous tracking instruction from Hermes which had no sender information attached to it and given that I was managing multiple shipments at the time, it wasn't entirely ideal.
The goods were delivered in good order and on time. I would definitely consider buying from Ruk Bikes again.
