Excellent and straight forward return after i ordered the wrong item

Never used sigma before but will do again bought 2 specialized inner tubes - half the price of Amazon ( where I could not even get manufacturer tubes ) and all other copies were more than twice as expensive as Sigma - well done you have me as a customer!

A highly detailed and rewarding bike fitting session with
Salvatore. The time flew by and managed to get a lot of testing of positions and optimising in throughout the session. Amazing how an experienced bike fitter can diagnose the issues and pin-point the fixes so effectively. Would highly recommend.

I found the selection to be varied and amazing value in the discounted items section. The ordering process was simple and easy to navigate., with a generous free delivery for orders above £50. My wife was delighted with her castelli fleece and such good quality as you would expect. Thank you Sigma for making this shopping experience very pleasurable with a super fast delivery, will definitely look to be ordering again.

Wanted to buy some Assos winter overshoes, but the size guide on Sigma is wrong. I emailed for clarity and got opposite. Every other shop on internet has a different size guide than Sigma and all I got was excuses. I even asked about a free return if the sizing didn’t work, but I just got rebuffed. Not great if you can’t admit a tech error with a size guide.

I ordered two items separately. I miss read my emails and went to pick both up. Unfortunately I got it wrong and only one item was ready. No problem picking it up, showed my email confirmation and received item. Went back to pick the second item up. Showed my email confirmation but got asked for ID. No problem with that as it is stated I’d would be necessary but the assistant went into a mass explanation why and it was quite obvious he had a judgement of me. I found it embarrassing in front of all the customers. He could have just asked for my ID. His attempt to justify his judgement was not necessary.
I have purchased many items from Sigma and always found them to be a very good outlet for my bike needs. Maybe paying up front for the whole amount is not something I will do again.

My customer service with Sigma Sports has been great. The employees at the shop in Kingston Upon Thames are very knowledgeable and very friendly.

A great session with Salvo to get me tuned in to the bike. Insightful and personable, Salvo was able to make adjustments to my position to reduce the pressure on my neck. His holistic approach made it a value for money experience. I only wish I had gone earlier!

My bike fit session with Salvo was both enjoyable and insightful. His knowledge of anatomy really sets him apart from other bike fitters. Beyond fine-tuning my bike fit, he helped me better understand my body and what I can do to improve my riding. Salvo is also incredibly personable, approachable, and clearly very knowledgeable in his field. I came away with a better understanding of how to complement my bike fit with the right techniques and exercises. Fantastic fast service from Sigma Sports with bike fit and assembly. I’ve been a returning customer for many years because this outfit knows their stuff and just about every aspect of road cycling. I can’t recommend them enough. Jonathan payed immense attention to detail with my recent bike fit. The resulting Pinarello bike was assembled beautifully with everything in perfect working order. It felt superb from the first pedal stroke—smooth, responsive and wonderfully fast. The saddle was really comfortable, making the whole ride an absolute pleasure. Thank you for the care and attention to detail—you’ve given me plenty of reasons to keep pedalling! Highly recommended.
