Louis was exceptionally helpful ordering the wetsuits and triathlon organisers, didn’t have my size in store but they were there overnight and got an email first thing in the morning advising they had arrived!

Andy was so knowledgeable about the gels and advising how I should mix them up for my event.

Great service and communication.

I popped into the shop this past week; looking to buy my first proper road bike, and not really knowing where to start. A lot of the bikes in store on display were unfortunately out of my budget, however, the lovely Marc put me at ease, by showing me some entry level bikes, as well as some preowned options on the website. I will certainly be purchasing from here soon once i’ve saved up a bit! Would highly recommend.

Really good in-store service from Zac - took his time to see if I was doing OK with my new Sidi road shoes and was polite, attentive and helpful - cheers Zac!

I have bought a number of products from Sigma and all have been superb and extremely well priced (often the cheapest around). The staff are very knowledgable and Rhiannon was especially helpful on a recent phone call enquiry as I was having issues finding a turbo trainer that fitted my bike (contradictory information from search engines and websites). Very, very good customer service. Thank you!

Visited the store on Friday but the stock wasn’t in the store. Overnight they received the stock of the specific wetsuit, other products I ordered.

Just had my bike serviced by #Eddy and can’t praise the work enough .. the day after my service I undertook the dragon ride in wales followed a week later doing chase the sun and my serviced bike ran like a dream - feels like a new bike.

I initially had concerns about the advice I’d been given regarding the servicing of my bike, but Eddie took the time to call me and discuss the best options and level of service required.
Upon pick up, I received great advice from him on a few issues and riding away the bike did genuinely seem better than new.
Overall very pleased.

Thank you Sigma Sports for your first class advice and service sorting out a new pair of tyres that I couldn’t fit correctly. Both Sales and Workshop staff were friendly and knowledgeable. Tyres reseated while I waited at no extra cost. I will definitely be shopping here again.

Sigma Sports are one of the best at getting stuff to me quickly. When I have popped into the store, the mechanic Richard has always been very helpful.
