I was looking for an Oakley Meta sunglasses and one of the sales person help me choose the correct pair of sunglasses. His name is Marc. He was very helpful and patient. Great customer service
Since my earlier review a couple of years ago, it feels like Sigma has turned the corner on customer service. Knowledgeable friendly staff, really willing to help and demonstrating empathy, and a genuine desire to help. I’ll assume this is a culture change rather than a lucky break as I was only dealing with returning kit today, and dealt with the same guys on Floor 1 that I had dealt with when I got the kit. Well done to the Customer Service manager who instituted this culture change. Makes it a really good experience coming totally the shop.
