Salvo has been extremely helpful once again.
This time, he guided me through the entire Cycle to Work scheme process, from making the purchase to collecting my bike.
However, his help didn’t stop there. After I got a new pair of cycling shoes, he also helped fit new insoles to correct my foot position and improve my comfort on the bike.
If you visit the Hampton Wick store, Salvo is definitely the person to speak to!

Nice and very professional service.

I was having a lot of lower back problems, especially on long cycles. My Osteo recommended having my bike properly sized for me. (I had never had this done before). I booked the bike into Sigma Sports with Salvatore Polizzi. The whole experience was excellent. As ever at Sigma. received a warm friendly welcome from the person at the reception area. I then met Salvatore who I instantly felt was an expert in his field. I underwent an exceptionally thorough assessment of posture, cycling style, saddle and handle bars positioning etc. Salvatore used a lot of high-tech equipment and as we went through the session, I, for the first time, felt that it was like to sit properly on the bike. Salvatore is really excellent and a true professional. His knowledge was evident and his counsel was greatly appreciated. I was always a fan of Sigma. but now after this experience with Salvatore, i will NEVER go anywhere else

Salvo goes above and beyond to help out!

I've been going to Salvo (and Sigma in general) for several years now to help me dial in my bike fits, advice on various bike parts (for building custom bikes), shoes/insole fitting, and just general everyday bike needs.

His advice is helpful, honest, and he doesn't just try to make you spend money. He always makes time to explain what he's doing and the rationale behind his advice.

I would recommend Salvo to anyone wanting a bike fit or support dialling in their riding.

Had both my road and TT bike fitting done with Salvatore and I'm really happy with how both positions turned out. He's friendly, professional, and makes the whole experience enjoyable.

What I appreciated most was the follow-up session — we fine-tuned my TT position and got everything dialled in ahead of the TT season. That extra care and attention really makes a difference.

This is a review of Sigma, not their delivery agents. Their delivery partner made a mess of a usually straightforward order process. The reason this is a 5star review is be used their customer Service team and Simon L in particular jumped all over this issue and made the solution work. Owned the challenges and got them sorted. That is what makes customer service work!

The whole experience at Sigma Sports was excellent from start to finish. Everyone was welcoming and professional, and Dom was particularly polite, knowledgeable, and helpful throughout the process. Visiting the store felt like a genuinely cool experience, and it’s clear that a lot of care goes into helping customers find the right bike.

I have purchased several road bikes from different retailers and the whole experience was a bit blasé. The Sigma experience was excellent the moment I walked through the door from the initial fit through to the choice of a bike and the to the moment I collected the new bike. Other retailers could learn a lot from these guys.

I went to the Sigma Sport store in Hampton Wick today and had good service in finding the right bike shoes for me. I later spoke up customer service on WhatsApp and they were able to price match the shoes. By the time I got home I am delighted to have the difference refunded. All in all excellent service from the store and customer services. I’ll be back and recommend as well. Thank you

To be able to go into the shop and try out shoes and ask related questions of knowledgeable and helpful staff was fantastic. Bought several things and was even advised where to find an item that Sigma didn't have in stock. First class customer service.

Ben C from the Kingston Stor was absolutely superb! He helped me buy a new pump and all the kit I'd need to repair if I got a puncture on my tubeless tyres.
