Sigma Sports - Letchworth Reviews 

Giant back after it's first service at Sigma Sports Letchworth (but still in the safe hands of Eben). Really appreciate him taking me through what's been done (and also for not judging me for taking my bike in in such a state of disrepair - thank you for making her as good as knew!).

Alex Walker was brilliant from start to finish in helping me source the right bike and accessories. His knowledge and enthusiasm surpassed my expectations. I have recommended family to Alex to help them with their next bike upgrade. Thanks again Alex

Whether that’s measuring up for accurate frame size or sourcing non-stock items for finishing off your bike the way that works for you. I’ve been a customer for many years and will continue to recommend these guys. Special thanks to Alex in Letchworth for dealing with my impatience (nbd is always exciting).

I had a manufacturer defect in one of my almost new tyres during a ride 2 days before a cycling trip away. Nightmare. But… from an online customer services chat first thing the next day, to a phone call to the staff at Letchworth, the tyre was replaced with similar in stock (and fitted!) within a few hours. They even did a deal on the rear tyre to make them match. All sorted and back on the road. The staff were incredible, a good laugh and really wanted to help my situation to right the issue. I’ve ordered from sigma in the past and would choose to order from them as a priority in future based on this. Flawless. And thank you again.

Generally I'm quite pleased with Sigma Sports, but with the most recent order I have been left a little disappointed. Appreciate there were delays the order, which i understand, but there should have been proactive updating from their side and not having me chase.

I wanted a pair of sports sunglasses and Caroline was very knowledgeable in advising me on the right pair for my purposes. I am very happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend Sigma Sports.

I had a problem with a bar bag I purchased 2 weeks ago and today was the first time I had had a chance to take it back.
I was not to sure if it was me or a fault with the bag as it won't stay attached to the bars. Kristina had a look and confirmed it was a fault with the bag and changed it for a different type. Nothing was an issue and she listened when I explained the problem before investigating the issue.

Brilliant service. Staff are super friendly and super helpful. All are experts in their field, and the shop has a huge array of bikes and equipment for cyclists and triathletes (nothing over sold). Also a large and well equipped servicing department at the rear of the shop. Car parking and bike parking around The back. Coffee machine is due if you need a caffeine boost 😆. Great value and I will definitely use Sigma Sport online and Letchworth Garden City again. 11/10

Truly Amazing Service and Expertise

I had a fantastic experience! The level of knowledge about cycling shoes and proper fitting was truly impressive. Carolyn helped me throughout the entire process — she was incredibly helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. Everyone I interacted with was friendly and welcoming, making the whole experience even better. Highly recommend.

Amazing advice on deciding on and purchasing padded cycling shorts and which ones to try, as well as specifics on how to be sure my cycling body position and seat height is correct - highly recommend chatting to Carolyn about anything you're unsure of about cycling, whether it's exercise or road bike related, I went in a bit hesitant about what I needed and came out feeling much more confident on how to improve my technique as well as having a perfect pair of shorts too! :D

Carolyn and Becky were knowledgeable patient and fun when helping Simon and me select and kit out our Specialised Diverge bikes in preparation for our imminent London to France cycle via Suffolk over 9 days. Sigma have a great space for tailoring your bike to each individual so the geometric set up is just right. Highly recommend this amazing specialist cycling store in Letchworth Garden City with just a note of caution that the great selection of bikes on show could result in you spending rather more than you had planned!

I have just bought a new racing bike from Sigma Sport in Letchworth. A Cannondale that is a perfect fit. Kristina helped me and I very much appreciated her knowledge and care. She was excellent and really understood my requirements and goals.

Went back to the Letchworth store with a mechanical issue following a service. I was blown away by the positive customer service in the workshop - the staff diagnosed the issue and fixed it while I waited.

Carolyn gave expert advice on which bike suited me and bike fitting.
Would recommend and return again, overall very helpful and friendly staff..
