I had to cover my late father's house which is unoccupied and his insurance had also lapsed. So this was both an urgent and a specialist requirement. Adam McElroy explained everything clearly took me through the whole process made sure I wasn't over or under insuring the property. It was all sorted on the same day. Which meant a lot as it was peace of mind as an executor that I had the property covered.

What a great service I have received from Abigail Latham. She is amazing and not pushy with a sale like the other eight insurance companies I spoke to. I would highly recommend her (her extension number is 290)
Abigail clearly explains, step by step, what I need to do and what documents I need.
She has an amazing English language without useless cliche like some people I spoke to. English is not my native language, and I like to speak to people with good English. Thank you Abigail, you are amazing :-)
