Value for money
Did my training with Mark he was brilliant and the training was more than i expected,was a bit nervous but really felt confident at the end. Would have never done this any other way all the practice and all did help.

Great communication with staff to ensure the course went smoothly. great feedback from all the staff taking part in the First Aid at Work Course. It feels great to know we have a good coverage with staff who know what they are doing now. Also good value for money to do the course in-house.

ACS refreshment
Good knowledgable trainers and very helpful. Relaxed atmosphere but one in which you still have to know your stuff and the trainers help settle any nerves. This is my last refreshment ACS so no more worries in the future.

I attended a first aid training course…
I attended a first aid training course today and had a really positive experience from start to finish.
Ruth, the instructor, was absolutely fabulous — really clear, supportive, and made the whole course feel engaging and easy to follow. The training itself was very informative and well structured, and I felt confident throughout.
I’m really pleased to say I passed the course as well.
What really stood out was the extra effort from the team. We weren’t due to receive our certificates until Tuesday, but I needed mine by Sunday. They went out of their way to make that happen and I received it tonight at 11pm. That level of support and responsiveness is genuinely appreciated.
I would highly recommend this course to anyone looking for first aid training. Thank you
