Mislead on delivery times.

Mislead on delivery times.
I paid a premium for 24hr delivery due to equipment failure. The bott online promised delivery by Monday, and that the part was in stock in country. On WEDNESDAY, UPS showed up and asked me to pay a significant import fee to receive the item. NOT cool!

Misleading promised delivery times

Promises 24-72 hours delivery worldwide - it has taken them 21 days to deliver an urgent machinery down part to the Philippines. It took 2 days to clear customs - which is not their issue - but no excuse for the remaining 19 days. Despite having paid three times the value of the product for shipping and clearance, we also got a bill for an additional 580 pesos which they had not paid in advance. Poor response from customer service - promising it would be shipped when it wasn't. Providing false tracking and proof of delivery - when it had been delivered to their branch (we think) in Europe, but not to us. Did not provide the proper paperwork for customs clearance - which we had to then do (hence the extra costs). Finally delivery today but by now we had to source the part elsewhere to avoid the downtime of the equipment. Parts went all over the place - office in Ireland (tax haven?), proof of delivery received into Poland then shipping document from the Netherlands. Who and where are these people?

No response after a few brief emails

No response after a few brief emails. They sent the wrong parts now no remedy.

Update:

After a rough start they did get all the parts to us. Changing from 1 to 4 stars

I ordered a part on 2-5-24

I ordered a part on 2-5-24. It is over a month later and I have still not received it. Try calling and can never talk to a person. I can only chat with the virtual assistant on the website. They said someone would email and/or call. So far all I get from them is the conversation with the virtual assistant emailed to me. This may be a FedEx shipping issue, but I can't do anything because I am not the shipper. They said that shipper needs to handle this, but so far nothing has been done.
