Absolute waste of time and money

Absolute waste of time and money. Never keep to any sort of time frame they agree . Left a baby in a service station for nearly 12 hours and then eventually the recovery truck was cancelled as the driver “gave up” had to get a hotel until the next morning (30 miles away) to finally get a recovery truck who followed on to tell us he was only going to take us an hour further than we were , so still had to wait for the supposed 4th recovery truck in the space of 24hours . Never pay for aa you could probably walk home faster.

Getting a quote and purchasing the insurance was easy. I can’t really rate the insurance as I have not had to make a claim.

If I could give the AA 0 stars I would

If I could give the AA 0 stars I would. This morning Monday after a 20 minute wait I got an answer from a lady who needed extra information which I didn’t have to hand. She promised to call me back at 15.00. I got no call back. Nor did I receive a call back promised on Friday. I rang back at 16.00. I was answered promptly by ‘new business option’. Agent transferred me to another option. It is now 16.35 and no answer. The number offered in a reply to my original review is nonoperational.(03705332211)
I now have a motor I cannot drive unless I drive without insurance.
It cannot be possible that there is a worse call answering service than the AA. It is beyond dreadful. I am now going to see if I can find another broker.

Hi Graham, we’ve checked your policy and can see you first got in touch around two weeks ago as you hadn’t received your renewal documents. These were resent, and a call back was arranged for the following day so they could be discussed with you. However, we can see there was no answer when our advisor tried to call.

We can also see that you called yesterday to cancel your policy. We’re sorry to see you go and hope you’re able to get everything sorted.
