Always good value…
We have always had breakdown with the AA and more recently car Insurance. We have now added house insurance. Always find the rates good and the service has always been very good. O ly thing they could work on is their accounts/app. If you want to use the same email but a partners name it cannot cope.

I’m a retired insurance broker, when I phoned and asked perhaps more in depth questions I received sensible answers to help make a decision. Having access on the phone is a big plus- I’ve had awful experiences with other online providers that had even me baffled.
