Ordered a dress on the 3rd July for a wedding in August. I emailed time and time again asking for an update on my order, asking if I could collect the item from wherever their headquarters was so I could have the dress on time. They assured me that they were doing all they could to be able to get the dress to me, but I couldn’t collect as it was coming from Australia. It is now November, still no dress, just email after email telling me to be patient, refusing to refund until I send the item back.

Wish I could give 0 stars. I ordered my dress in July and now in November it has still not arrived. Exactly the same service as everyone else here. Don't use!

If I could rate 0 stars I would. Awful company.
Clothing takes 6 months to arrive and is horrendous quality for the price you pay.
And they want to charge for refunds.
Just awful.

AVOID!!!! I ordered 2 dresses and spent close to £100 in July. The website states delivery should take 10-20 working days. Nothing has arrived (November) and the company have refused to refund my purchase, saying I should wait until it arrives and return for a refund. they did not answer any further questions or have any information on tracking. Nearly 4 months is definitely way to long to wait!!

I ordered a summery item of clothing in July. The website states delivery should take 10-20 working days. Nothing has arrived (November) and the company have refused since September to refund my purchase, saying I should wait until it arrives and return for a refund. I think the messages were cut and paste, rather cheekily telling me to be patient, as they did not answer any further questions or have any information on tracking. Nearly 4 months is definitely long enough to wait. I have no use for the item now this year as their delivery arrangements have failed. Seems like this is pretty commonplace for TDLC so I would strongly urge others to avoid this company.

I note they immediately report all bad reviews on this site so are quick enough off the mark when they want to do something other than actually deliver items they have accepted money for!

Awful company. I ordered a dress in May and it turned up last week (end of October). The dress felt cheap and is being sent back. On top of this, they require you to pay £3.50 to return anything. Stay clear from this company.

I ordered two dresses totalling over £80 back in June. One was labelled as in stock one as a back order. I heard absolutely nothing for weeks and then moved house so contacted them to change my address and ask for an update. I have been given conflicting info first that the non back order is in transit and the other was waiting to be dispatched. Then weeks later when I chased someone said they had both been dispatched together!? They now keep telling me they are both stuck in customs for months now and I know they would only be stuck for that length of time if there was a problem with the package like fees were due. They do keep replying to my emails but with no real info. I have asked for my money back but they say they can’t refund while order in progress. Fingers crossed my summer dresses arrive for Xmas party season....

Customer service from this company is appalling. I ordered a dress months ago kept chasing and chasing and after 3 months decided to contact my bank for a refund as I felt this was not a legit company as was just being fobbed off with excuses as to why I had not received my order. My bank carried out an investigation and agreed to refund me due to the circumstances.
I had forgotten all about this order until this week when TDLC emailed to say I received my goods (only 6 months late) and now I have 7 days to make payment otherwise further action will be taken. But the funny thing is I still have no order. They have sent me Royal Mail tracking details to my postcode to say it’s been ‘delivered’ but it truly hasn’t. I have tried to get them to call me to discuss the matter but they won’t and they are now ignoring my emails. I feel completely ripped off and miss treated as I don’t have my order and they do not want to reason with me and yet still want payment!

I kept seeing their white dress advertised on Instagram and ordered if for my hen do on 2nd June. They debited my account straight away but no sign of the dress for 2 weeks. Upon contacting customer service - they advised I had ordered a 'back order' so it could only be sent when it was available. This was not made clear when ordering - only confirmed once I had placed the order.

The dress eventually arrived on 17th October... over 4 months later. The quality is terrible and I have requested one of the 'pre-paid returns labels for UK customers' they promise on their website. Someone has now replied to me saying they are experiencing technical difficulties and I can return the items myself.

I have replied saying I would rather wait for their 'technical difficulties' to be resovled - and am waiting on the response - but nothing is going to change my 1* review of this company! The customer service team - to their credit - have always responded to emails speedily - but the fundamental point is that I will never use this company again and want to actively discourage others from wasting their time and money as I have.

If I could I would rate 0 stars, the delivery service is awful I spent over £120 on 2 dresses including next day delivery and over 2 weeks later still haven't received anything. Do not order from this site.

Do not part with your money, dreadful service and dreadful quality of garments. I bought a dress for £50 and paid an additional £25 pounds for express delivery. The dress took over 3 months to arrive despite the ‘express delivery’ suplimemt I paid. I even emailed them prior to purchase asking if they could meet to date I needed. They refused to refund the express delivery charge as they claimed it was out of their hands. When the dress eventually arrived the quality was laughable. It was nothing like the advertised dress in colour, length, fabric.
I asked for a refund, they refused as it had past 14 days since I had the dress had been delivered when I contacted them. Feel like they have basically stolen £75 off me!

Do not order anything from this company!!!!
I wish I would have read these reviews before purchasing off their website. In June I spent £92.98 on 2 dresses and to this date they haven't arrived and they can't give me any timescale on when I will be receiving them. They refuse to give me a refund and the customer service is appalling.
I have been told that my emails to them are being passed to the complaints dept but it will take 14 days for a response.....the delay must be due to the volume.

⚠️Do not buy from here! You will not receive your items and receive horrendous customer service!

I ordered two dresses beginning of July. They have still not arrived over 4 months later! I have sent multiple emails and have asked numerous times for a refund, however all I receive back is;

'We have been advised that your order is clearing customs so this should have cleared and arrived with you shortly. Thank you kindly for your patience and understanding'

They must hire one person to copy and paste emails because clearly no one is shipping dresses!

AVOID! I have no idea how this company is still operating, I have reported them to UK Trading Standards and I recommend everyone else in this situation to do the same.

Ordered two dresses in April for my girfriend to wear to a wedding in May spending around £80, they still have not arrived (October 13th). When emailing the company you just get a reply stating dresses are on back order. This is my second review as they seem to have reported my last review, they also have deleted any of my comments on their instagram account so beware. 6 MONTHS LATER I am not confident i will ever see these dresses or receive my money back. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Quite clearly shouldn’t be allowed to run a business. Just look at the reviews, let alone the amount they have had taken down! Still waiting for an order placed 3 months ago, report going into trading standards.

Zero stars, completely agree with all the other reviews on here. You order an item and it never comes. They must use half of their takings to fund job roles for people who just repeatedly tell you your item is on it's way.

It is now the 9th October and after multiple emails sent I have still not received the refund back into my account. The amount of £47.99!!! Absolutely disgraceful. Like most other people I waited months for an order that still has’t arrived, I emailed the company many times I did always get a reply along the lines of them experiencing problems with customs and that they would happily refund me when I receive the items!
Well that’s all well and good but never did they say when the items would arrive or give an indication!
So after waiting 3 months and still nothing turning up and receiving pretty much the same email reply from this company I called my credit card company and notified them of the situation and thankfully they took over the complaint instantly, my money was refunded within a day and the only reason for me leaving this review is to hopefully help others if you are having the same problem with this company and have waited a ridiculously long time for your order don’t waste anymore time and call your bank or credit card supplier, that is your best chance to get your money back!
In short just don’t order from this company and save yourself a huge headache.

I ordered a dress months ago. It has now finally arrived 5 months later. The person at the end of my emails was always polite and reassuring that it would arrive but 5 months is extreme. Summer has passed. I haven't yet opened or tried on but the quality doesn't wow me from within the plastic bag.

Like many others here, I made an order back in July which never shipped. I contacted the company at the end of July and was told that their “shipping” of 1-3 days isn’t total shipping but just how long it takes them to dispatch the item. The actual shipping is 10-20 business days as the items are shipped from Australia (so it’s not really a UK 'based' company as they advertise). It’s been over 50 business days and I have had no update, and no item arrived. My experience has been that I have had money taken as payment from me, and I currently have not received the dress and there is no information as to where it is 4 months later. I feel silly for not heading the reviews of others. The clothes are not unique and you can find them elsewhere so I would absolutely 100% recommend never purchasing from this site.

Have been asked to update my review as TDLC continuously flag it because I pointed out that they have taken money, claimed shipping was in a few days (it was not) and now says everything is stuck in customs but can't provide ANY proof of shipping. No information provided from this company so there is no proof of shipping, all I do have is confirmation of the money that they took from me and no goods to show for it. I strongly advise not purchasing from this website as it has been months and I have received nothing. I have contacted them and they say that there is a delay due to customs laws, though they cannot say which laws or provide proof that they have shipped the items from Australia. It feels very much like I will never receive my goods or a refund, even though I have already paid. It is not worth the risk to purchase with them.
