Exceptional customer service!
I had a problem whereby royalmail did not deliver my item, even upon booking a re delivery. I had the most amazing customer service from Cara from the hair consult who offered for my item to be hand delivered the same day! I have never experienced this with any company before. I can see they really care about their customers, and will definitely be shopping with them again. Thank you so much Cara and gentleman that delivered! Apologies for my previous 1star review that was not your fault but Royal Mail’s!

Perfect hair
I’ve had a few orders from the hair consult. I find they stick a large range of quality hair products and have even discovered my new favourite hair oil. They are super fast on delivery and package the items with care.
