Amazing local business
I live overseas but come back to Wicklow a few times a year to visit. Every time, a visit to The Sports Room is on my list. I love the selection, the service and the atmosphere. It’s a joy to visit and support a wonderful local business.

Ordered Hoka Arahi 8 at the end of the…
Ordered Hoka Arahi 8 at the end of the weekend. They arrived on Tuesday and are exactly as stated. I also got a 10 euro discount and a handwritten note in the box. This is why we should be supporting local businesses. I was in a well known sports shop franchise in Tallaght the other day and they were selling overpriced outdated models and the colours were terrible. Even Elverys had newer models cheaper which was surprising.
The sports room impressed immediately on price, quality, delivery time and attention to detail 10/10

Very helpful staff who advised me on the best option while I was searching for a bike. The store also supports the Back to Work Scheme, which was great. Everything was sorted within a few days, and I got my bike quickly.
The service and mechanic team are always happy to explain things and answer any questions I have. Absolutely amazing local shop.
