Counterfeit Rapha

This website is neither based in London nor selling authentic products. Immediately after purchasing I received an email confirming the items were being sent from China. No surprise when they arrived today then that they're blatantly fake. I'd ordered some Rapha gear and it's clearly made in any generic sportswear factory. Seams are shoddy, no authentic labels, fitting is remarkably poor

COUNTERFEIT CYCLING GEAR

COUNTERFEIT CYCLING GEAR - AVOID!

Received clearly fake Rapha items shipped from China despite website appearing UK-based. Poor quality materials and wrong sizing.

When confronted, they admitted disclosures “may not have been clear” and offered only 10-20% refund unless I paid international return shipping to China.

If you’ve purchased already, contact your credit card company immediately. Their responses seem designed to delay until chargeback windows expire.

Imagine you are sitting in Costa and an offer too good to be true pops up on your phone, and you realize it is too good to be true. London Company going bust and offloading cheap branded cycling clothing. Within 5 minutes, you placed an order. 3-4 days later, no package, that is when you start to do due diligence. No address in the UK, GMAIL e-mail account, bad reviews on Trustpilot, erroneous T&C's and then you realize its coming from China, not London, and it isn't Rapha which it does allude to on the website. That is the bad; now, it is the good. For the price, it is very good kit, will it last only time will tell, but I'll get at least a year's worth of riding out of three bib and shirt combinations. Considering I would pay the same for one set of "branded" kit. Would I order again, probably not as I still feel I have been scammed, but in a nice way

Fake goods from China

Fake goods from China
Do not buy! expensive scam
One label said made in France one made in china on the same connected garments ! YUN express delivery the good and it takes weeks. The real clothing company have confirmed the goods as fake for me. Look at all the positive reviews with what they believe are quintessential "UK" names ! Example Tom Smith! Fake reviews for a fake company use your bank to refund the money this will soon shut the company down. The website is fake no address etc. Wish I'd have checked trustpilot. Feel a fool as was suckered in but got money back, fake company admitted their fraud.

As all the reviews state -SCAM

As all the reviews state, total scam.

They’re registered in the UK and pay for advertisements on instagram and facebook, but ship fake rubbish from china.

Raised with Amex and it’s a difficult process to get the refund as they’re registered in the UK.

Do. Not. Buy.

Wish I did my research first but they seem legit, have a UK domain and offer Apple Pay with Amex, so it seems legit.

BEWARE

Clear scam

Clear scam. Don't buy from here. Unsurprisingly after dying here I had unauthorized activities on my card from Uber Eats and Uber. Luckily I caught it early so the damage wasn't too bad.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Complete scam. Products are clearly fake and of poor quality. They have also taken around a month to arrive and it appears impossible to return for a refund.
Site claims to be a London company closing down but this is actually some Chinese operation.

A non UK scam site

Scam site based outside of the UK who provide copies of branded cycling wear. A few of us on our cycling group bought stuff thinking it to be genuine Rapha or Specialized. For most of us the products arrived but were not genuine. And if you want to post it back you have to pay for postage to China or another far east fulfilment centre.

All their marketing implies a uk site closing down - the reason for the cheap pricing. They are not based in the UK, are not closing down, and are not selling genuine products.

Do not buy from here. I ordered some Rapha stuff and it was all completely fake and shocking quality. I’ve reported them to trading standards.
