Good experience using website but you need to think about the company you use for delivery. As they chucked my parcel over the fence and not bothered to hand it to me. Lucky the product wasn’t broken and lucky I didn’t order the glass bottles otherwise it would be a different story

Cannot fault the live chat or customer support of TommeeTippee. I was able to speak with a human via live chat, and within a few minutes they’d kindly sent out replacement parts to support with a TommeeTippee manual breast pump I have. Fantastic service.

I wanted to leave this review to say a huge thank you to the Tommee Tippee customer service team, especially Jude, who went above and beyond to help my family.
My daughter is autistic and non-verbal, and her soothers are a huge source of comfort for her. I reached out as we were struggling to find the specific type she will accept, and Jude showed such genuine kindness, understanding, and compassion throughout.
Nothing felt too much trouble, and the support we received has honestly meant so much to us as a family. Customer service like this is rare, and I’m incredibly grateful.

After the dummies my child relies on (who has lots of additional needs) has been discontinued and sold out everywhere I reached out to tommee tippee on Facebook the man I spoke to was so lovely and understanding, he offered a solution of sending out some different dummies they stock now that are similar completely free of charge to see if he liked them, I have been a customer for 10 years and I will definitely be recommending to everyone I know I can’t thankyou enough, you’ve gone above and beyond and on behalf of my son we thank you for your support in this very stressful situation I hope he likes them so we can continue purchasing from this amazing thoughtful company
