I received a tommee tippee newborn set for the advanced anti colic bottle. Unfortunately I reached out because I looked everywhere and could not find a 0 flow extra slow flow teat and wanted to see if the company themselves had anything in stock. Unfortunately the company did not but God blessed me with Florence whom was the customer service live agent that was so kind to send offer to send out a new set of bottles ( different bottle they sell with the same anti colic plus natural type teat). I couldn’t be anymore thankful for that. Although I am skeptical to try the new bottle I have faith everything will continue to work out. Other than that , from all the bottles I’ve tried ( exclusively breastfeeding mom who uses bottles when dad wants to feed baby breastmilk ) this was so far the best bottle we’ve tried ( advanced anti colic ) my baby didn’t push the teat out, didn’t have any reflux symptoms like the issues I’ve been having with other bottles ; ( BESIDES the flow 1 being too fast causing baby to leak milk and not having the 0 anywhere in stock but again great customer service with an eagerness to a solution to your issues. ) thank you Florence !! And I look forward to this new bottle set with the correct nipple flow needed.

I have trusted Tommee Tippee for all my babies. Especially the anti colic bottles. My 3rd baby unfortunately has reflux and colic, this was the only bottle that he would take. My puppy ate the venting tubes from 3 of the bottles! I didn't want to buy brand new ones just for 1 piece. Contacted them but they don't sell just that piece. Jo and Nicholas are sending replacements instead to accommodate! Love the customer service! I will be recommending to everyone. :) thank you for the amazing customer service

I work at a daycare and we use the Sportee cups and one of the valves melted in the dishwasher but I couldn’t buy a replacement cup and just needed a replacement valve but unfortunately they didn’t have any in stock but Nicholas G. helped me out and sent me a replacement cup! He was very helpful!

I reached out to tommee tippee for a “care package” for my 16MO, she is so obsessed with their glow in the dark pacifiers and she has to have 3 every night to sleep with. I have spent so much on these paci’s and they gave us some for free! We love them, and will continue to keep purchasing from them as long as she is taking paci’s ❣️.

I spoke with Tayla And Izzy. They responded very quickly and was very understanding to my situation but due to my product in question not being stocked at their facility they could not provide me with what I specifically needed. However They went out of their way to gave me an alternative that will help me just as much.
I’ve been using tommee tippee for YEARS now’s and they’ve never let me down. Knowing they have great customer service behind the products speaks volumes.
