I have spoken to somebody named Lanre off facebook about a sippy cup that i bought yesterday that have leaked once i have used it even when it was fully closed, and without the holder for it. The other in the pack was perfectly fine and didnt leak a drop even through the spout. I have gotten quick responses and Lanre was very helpful with me when I couldn't find the batch number on the sippy cup. Easy to talk to and made it more stress relieving. Lanre couldn't find the proposed replacement they wanted to give me but instead found a 2 pack of sippys. Very greatful and happy about my experience with this person. Give them a raise if you have to!!

Susie was awesome! I called in questioning not seeing the replacement parts on the website and she was able to assist me in sending me them! She also made sure I had the correct flanges . Great customer service!

My original inquiry was not resolved: I was looking for replacement straws for the Superstar cup. The parts were out of stock. Support reached back out to me, unprompted, and offered replacement cups. I feel truly valued as a customer and appreciate the service.

Lanre was helpful. I needed 3 new valve replacements and unfortunately you guys don't sell them but the rep was able to help me out and send a replacement cup! I appreciate that alot. Hopefully in the future we can buy them seems like alot of parents would benefit from that!

We received a bottle warmer as a baby shower gift and unfortunately it started having mechanical issues where it kept turning itself back on and heating inconsistently. I reached out to support and the agent, Nicholas G., was incredibly kind and helpful. I was hoping that it was a known issue and I could get some instructions on how to fix it, but he sent us a whole new unit instead. We truly appreciate it and look forward to using this brand for many years.

Anna who was working with me, found my address was mistakenly put in wrong- she was able to change it and help me get the correct flanges for my breast pump. Not only did she send out my pieces she sent me extra so I can always have a clean and sterilized set. She was amazing with making sure I had what I need and explained why I needed a different size than what I was using with my guide. Amazing work!!!

I had asked about replacement valves for the Sportee cups as mine were starting to leak. These aren't sold online, but I wish they were! It took quite a bit of back and forth with the online chat service team to find out that they don't ship replacement valves to where I live in the US, which I think could have been identified earlier in the communications. Overall their solution was to send me a couple new cups which was just fine and very appreciated - definitely over the top. My recommendation for improvement would be: selling replacement valves online for the sportee cups (I would more than gladly buy them!) so we can maximize use of the cups and reduce waste, and if possible, consider expediting communications with the service team. I know it was on my end too because I was working and couldn't respond right away each time but there were some large gaps in response time.

The Parent-Care team, specifically Sam and Izzy were fast to help resolve the problem. I lost one of the 2-piece values to the Active Sporty Spout cups and they were able to assist without issue. It took a little to figure out the chat feature (do I stay on the open tab until they answer or do I close out and wait… I wasn’t sure) but the emails back made the process a lot less difficult. Overall, I had a good experience with the Tommee Tippee/Parent-Care team!

I lost my child's sippy cup valve, likely in a parking lot, and was sad about it. I tried looking for a replacement to buy but couldn't find any, so I tried asking if they had any for me to purchase. They were nice enough to send me a completely new bottle instead. I'm still bummed that I lost that valve, but my child will at least have a new bottle to love.
