I have not received my case since beginning of November! No one is responding to the emails. I was supposed to get it by the end of November the latest! What is happening? Can someone contact me?

Here is the email I sent that clearly states the issue. Not sure why you claim to not know our situation based on our comments here and then suddenly claim you’ve read all of the emails ...
“ Hello,
I have emailed many times now and I am contacting you two ways today (through website and email). I have been ignored for weeks now and I am asking again for an update on my order. I placed it early April, your website says it will arrive by 2 May (it hasn’t), and I am very frustrated at the lack of communication and being without an update or tracking number etc. Please can I at least have a response and maybe an explanation for all of this ? I’ve never been flat out ignored by a company, Is there some sort of issue with your correspondance right now ? It has been 35 business days since my order. The maximum hold up time the confirmation email said was 27 days. What is the issue ?”
The response from your team was just “sorry it hasn’t arrived yet” etc. Just a copy and paste response with no information on why the delay occurred etc. I got a notice of shipment after 35 days plus so I am assuming it didn’t ship until then?
I’m not sure why the company wants to come on here and argue with customers about their experiences and try to invalidate what has happened. I won’t continue to respond here, but I do appreciate that a response has finally happened at least. Better luck for others who try to order their products.
Update 2: Received an email response finally, the company is not doing anything to remedy the situation, no refund, no explanation for not sending the case until 35+ business days later. Just "it's on it's way now". Poor customer service.
Update : still no human response via email, but I did receive a tracking number by email. They had just sent the phone case - after 36 business days. I really was hoping for an answer from customer service.
I ordered a phone case from T.A. 6 april, and I have still not received it after emailing them 6+ times through their email listed on the website + the email portal directly on the website, messaged them on instagram, messaged them on their help chat etc. I always provided my order number, email, explained the situation etc. to quicken the process up. Once I got a response saying they would get back to me within 2 business days and then nothing else. I understand the current situation with shipping delays etc., but on their website the tracking still says between 24 april and 6 may. It's well past that. The cases look great, but after being charged straight away and being ignored I feel like I will be losing out on the money. I would not recommend the risk of ordering from them.

I ordered a phone case on the 21st of April and I still haven’t had an email to tell me that it’s been dispatched. I’ve tracked my order countless times and the date has been pushed back three times now and I still haven’t received it. I understand the circumstances and as to why my order may be delayed but I got told I’d receive it by 17th May by the latest tracking information/update. It hasn’t even updated and has continued to state it’ll be with me by the 17th at the latest. I’ve emailed 4-5 times now, left a message on the actual website, dm’d and now I’m getting incredibly annoyed with not even getting a response yet THEYRE posting on Instagram. Absolutely ridiculous.
Update: emailed AGAIN. Still no response, and I’ve also been emailing the correct email as I have checked. Also the dates are on the tracking information but when you apply your order number, that’s where I got the dates from:) it says between ____ - ____ for the dates each time it’s updated my tracking.

I made an order from Toxic Amsterdam and no responses whatsoever..
I made an order from Toxic Amsterdam nearly a month ago now (on May 2nd) and I ordered two cases. On the 19th of May I finally got an email that my order was "in the delivery truck" and that it should be delivered soon, however two days passed and nothing had arrived so I contacted the company as they instructed to do so in case this happened. I also doubled checked my address details only to find out that they were slightly wrong and I emailed the company again in order to clear up any mix-ups. No response. Now it has been 6 days since my cases should have been delivered and yet I still haven't received any follow up information. I must say I am very upset and disappointed by this.
Moreover I tried to track my order number on their website, and it showed me that my order was "not found", which I was also very confused and annoyed about.
I am very displeased with the delivery and organization of this. However I still hope to receive my cases somehow and as soon as possible.

Edit; Now that the company has responded here, it would be great to have some follow up through one of the direct emails I have sent so I know this isn’t just an automatic response. Still not sure how they can pull up my order when I haven’t given them any information, I’ll assume by email?

I’ve sent three emails (two directly and one through their website) about where my order is. I placed an order on April 23, knew that there would be delays because that’s the situation right now under COVID. According to their “tracking” my order should have been delivered days ago. But I have yet to receive any information. I would trust this company more if they responded to any email I have sent them. But it seems as if there’s nobody there. I really hope I get my product in ASAP as well as a response otherwise I’ll have to look into escalating this in another way.

Do not buy anything from Toxic Amsterdam!!! Absolute scam. Placed an order on the 4th of May and 3 weeks later have yet received an email saying it has been shipped. I understand the shipment times may be delayed due to coronavirus but on their website they say all orders are STILL shipped within 3-6 business days. Emailed and private messaged them on Instagram and haven’t heard anything back yet they continue to post people with their cases on their page (which is probably all photoshopped???) VERY unimpressed. They take your money that’s that. DO NOT BUY!!!!!

Still haven’t recieved! I ordered this case on 27th of March and still have nothing! I have tried countless attempts at contacting this site and heard nothing back.

Order hasn’t arrived.
I placed an order on 4/4/20, it’s now been over a month with no shipping update and none of my emails have been replied to.
Edit- my order did eventually arrive, over 6 weeks after ordering. The case itself is nice, but communication from the company wasn’t great.

Order never came!
I ordered two cases on March 30th and by today May 9th I still haven’t received ANYTHING. The latest shipping update was on April 15th. I’ve written them 3 times without any type of response!
