I have not received my case since beginning of November! No one is responding to the emails. I was supposed to get it by the end of November the latest! What is happening? Can someone contact me?

SCAM - do NOT buy
This is just a huge scam.
Ordered a case the 10. March 2020, and as of today (19/04/2020) i still haven't received it.
I payed extra for express delivery, which should be 6-20 days, but the case hasn't come yet.
The tracking webpage keeps telling med different estimated time of arrival, changing between days that have already gone by, or to future dates.
I've written emails, contacted their chatsupport on their webpage, written DMs on Instagram and commented their posts without any answers.
Do NOT buy anything from them, it's a waste of money and you'll never receive your package!

Bad experience
I ordered two iphone cases but it came separately. One arrived few weeks after I purchased it, the other case never arrived until now. They’ve taken the money since Nov 2019 and I’ve sent 3 emails asking about the item that never arrived, but they never replied.
