Awesome Customer Report

Had some issues linking my domain with my Tuta account. I contacted customer support and they fixed my problem quickly and efficiently.

Switching from GMail to Tuta was one of the best decisions I've ever made in my life.

Love the security and privacy of Tuta

Love the security and privacy of Tuta. I feel about as secure as I can feel with email by using their service. I like the fact that their app is in-house and secured by their team and not at the mercy of the different email clients out there. My mail always gets delivered and their spam flter is pretty good also.

Opened a free account to move away from…

Opened a free account to move away from data mined email services. Within 7 days of opening the account, it was inexplicably deleted without cause. I'm not sure why because support has thus far been silent.

One star extra because I suppose that deleting my account makes everything in it pretty much perfectly secure.

Edit: No response after days. Dropping review to reflect. Do better.

Trustworthy, realiable. I love Tuta

I love Tuta. I've been using it for many years. Trustworthy developers committed to what they do, making constant improvements listening to their users. And they have very good technical support. If you really value privacy, respect and integrity you will not regret choosing tuta for your most important email.

Gets the Job Done

I have been a user for over five years and I think Tutanota (Tuta now I guess) is great.

When I signed up, I was looking for an alternative to gmail. Since then Tuta has always allowed me to do the thing I need: send and receive emails. Sometimes it can be a little rough around the edges but the core functionality is there and it has only improved in my time using it.

One of the things I like the most is I feel like they actually care about the security of my data.

Tuta lets me keep my clients data…

Tuta lets me keep my clients data private and secure. Working in the medical profession, it’s important to keep their medical documents safe. Additionally, Tuta allows me to email my clients knowing that only them can access their data. Keep up the good work Tuta!

What is wrong with some people?

Don’t understand what’s wrong with some of the people leaving reviews here… unless they have an ulterior motive. Tuta is the best mail system I’ve ever used.
“No way to forward an email”? Try the Forward button!
“No way to contact support via email “? Well I just did and got a prompt, very helpful reply - thank you Hanna
I switched to Tuta about 2 years ago, from gmail, and I’ve never regretted it for a minute. I relish the privacy but also the ease of use and the feeling that these folk actually do care about keeping your private stuff private.
Keep up the good work Tuta

I am a paid customer of a few months

I am a paid customer of a few months. I thought I was going to like tuta, but I just discovered I'm unable to forward an email. Not acceptable. I won't renew. Now I'm trying to find out how to access my account to make sure there's not an automatic renewal with my credit card. Can't find that anywhere.

And customer service is non-existent. No way to contact them by email. Sending to the address on given on the Trustpilot page is returned with "recipient does not exist."

If anyone with the company reads this and responds, PLEASE tell me how to disable an auto-renewal.

Very polite

Had my credit card compromised and they gave me two extensions so far.

Happy to be outside the auspices of Google since nothing is private over there.

Thank you Hanna for your kind words.

Great services.

I used tuta for almost 2yrs. I found a bug in the app then I called CS. The representative replied quick and helped me to fix the issue! Really appreciate the after sales services.

Tutanota is User Friendly w/Great CS

The app works great. I find it very user friendly and - I frankly am utterly surprised to see the 'poor' rating Tutanota has here. It makes no sense whatsoever. *Anytime* I've ever needed customer service, Tutanota [Tuta now] has been completely prompt, friendly and on the money. Looking for new email servicing is like job hunting - or maybe a root canal. So, I'm very happy to say that I'm very happy with Tutanota. I would recommend them to anyone. I had a login problem on the PC where it took me to my Archive folder. I was given a simple fix that...*worked*. What do you want from an email provider? People are stupid; Tutanota is great. 👍🏻

helpful efficient email service

Email address book and calendar are a useful suite of personal reference material and I am reassured by how securely it is treated.
Unlike my experience with email services provided by some big internet service providers, tuta is easy to contact, responsive, and helpful.
I pay a modest annual fee and the benefits of it are definitely worth it.

Have been using Tutanota for 3 years already without any issues: I get zero spam and it's great that there's no tracking and no ads. Just learned that Tutanota is now using quantum-safe encryption like Signal; a great step towards even better security!

Trustworthy and no ads

Trustworthy and no ads. Tutanota gets the job done, you can have your emails on your phone or PC and everything is kept secure. I prefer this over Gmail and GMX.

Good Gmail replacement

I've been using this mail service as a Gmail replacement for a while. It encrypts all data and keeps it secure and hidden from third parties. Pretty nice.

What a waste of a great email service, probably wasted a good 1-2 hours of time here.

This used to be a near perfect email service, my 2nd favorite. What happened? I even restarted my phone multiple times with the same problems for 6-12 months now, why wont they fix it when its super-easy to fix and everyone seems to have the same problems? Is it intentional?

When I try to send an email it keeps saying I'm offline when I'm obviously connected (how else would I get to the email? The other main problem is I'll press the back key or refresh the page and BAM, takes me BACK to the login page. When I re-enter my username password ONCE AGAIN it doesn't let me back in (and hence the restarting my phone). This is through the website but people seem to have the same problem with the app. If this is fixed I will gladly change the review back to 5 stars. Please fix this., its not a hard problem. Either that or slowly lose all your subscribers, idk what else to tell you. The clock is ticking guys, the end of tuta is near if its not fixed.
