The lady that helped me, I believe her name to be Nash was amazing, she went above and beyond to help me and explained things in a clear and understanding way. My only concern was the length of time I had to wait for my call to be answered and then was cut off hence having to call back and start all over again .

All my queries were answered and explained thoroughly and dealt with promptly and in a friendly manner. The call operative gave her name without requesting it and told me to contact her should there be any problems. First class experience.

I am organising my financial affairs and wanted a copy of the title deeds to my property and so contacted UK Land Registry for the first time. The person who took my call, Tian, was very helpful indeed. Within 5 minutes of the call completing I received by email a copy of the title documents which was well within the 2 hour service level they set. Overall, my experience was very positive.
