Buying a home, dealing with a boundary question, checking a property before you commit, or just want to know what you're really getting? UK Land Register helps you find out — clearly and affordably. We help you see who owns a property, understand the covenants and rights that affect what can be built or done on it, check where the boundaries lie, and spot anything worth questioning before you buy, sell or build. Whatever the official record holds, we help you make sense of it in plain English — so you can make decisions with confidence instead of guesswork. You get the official HM Land Registry documents for the property, alongside a clear, plain-English breakdown of what they actually mean and what's worth checking. We're an independent research and information service — not affiliated with HM Land Registry, and do offer legal advice. What we offer is clarity and confidence about property, when you need it most.
