I just received my gadget , wish I had checked the reviews on here before I ordered.
It is crap . It actually slows down my signal instead of extending or enhancing.
Do not , under any circumstance , buy this piece of junk.

Do not use this company, sent mine back as was no good, still waiting for a refund 3 months later.appalling company. They keep you waiting till the 30 day money back guarantee has run out, but I asked for a refund well before the time had run out still no refund. Would not recommend this company to anyone stay well clear.

Bought this based on review sites, wish I'd looked here first! I did manage to get it connected and did get some range extension, but after two weeks the unit changed it's ID on my phone, and I could no longer get internet. The unit would connect to my hub (which was working perfectly and had good internet) and I could connect to the unit, but it would not give me a 'through' connection to the internet at all.
Tech support a complete waste of time, answered my email with an irrelevant answer, and when I clarified the problem and provided screen shots etc to prove the issue I got no further response at all!
AVOID!!!!

This item is poor quality. I can't get it to connect router. Wasted two evenings trying to get it to work.
DON'T BUY THIS ultraXtend WiFi.
Cost me £50 with there extra charges.
It was advertised for £39.
Don't waste your time on this rubbish!

I have not been able to get a wifi signal from one end of my three smal rooms to the other. I read some very good reviews, bought one and then saw site after site of terrible reviews. I could not get it to work. A second person could not get it to work. At this point l was ready to junk it. A third person came in to do domething, and i asked him to try. He thought he'd done it, but it still wouldnt work. When he'd gone l read the leaflet and, sure that the password had been entered, l entered the `key` and, bobs your uncle, l had excellent wifi everywhere! Don't give up, get someone with good eyesight to read directions, and with any luck it will work, and work well.

Do not touch this product or company with a very long barge pole!!I wish I had read these reviews before I bought the product!! Only giving it 1 Star as there is no option for 0 Stars.
All the marketing blurb is lies.
I have an area of the house where the WiFi signal is week and the speeds are lower. This seemed the ideal product to boost the signal. It isn't. The speed actually got worse when I connected through this device.
Despite it not working, I was then offered firstly 10%, then 20% to keep the device. Why would I do that?
Finally, I was told I would have to pay the cost of returning it. OK, I can just about live with that, but it has so far taken them 6 weeks, not to tell me how I return it.
Cr*p product and even worse Customer Support from GoGoGadgets.

I would give zero stars if possible - this is completely useless product - DO NOT FALL FOR THIS SCAM LIKE I DID.

Gadget delivered was faulty. Took months to get an address for return. Then they charged me admin fee plus cost of shipping even though product faulty as confirmed by their customer service team. Still waiting for my considerably reduced refund!

Received unit yesterday, an absolutely worthless piece of junk. I will now make the effort to get a refund or have the charges reversed on my credit card. Steer well clear of this scam.

I made the mistake of purchasing 3 of these plugs. The first one worked, as soon as I tried to connect the 2nd and 3rd, you cannot get access to the website to connect these. Their customer service is appalling. Full refund it says!!! How??? I cannot get anyone to respond other than offering replacements!!! No address to return the goods, this is a scam!! Steer well clear. I will be takig legal action now

They're now making it very difficult to return despite that being one of their guarantees.

Not happy with the device for two reasons - firstly while the box is CE marked the item is not. Secondly it requires a lot of totally unnecessary personal information to install. So I asked for returns procedure, which is when the real fun started. They absolutely do not want to do returns, and while I'm not going to repeat the whole sorry saga here, suffice to say I have resorted to a complaint to PayPal.

Avoid this conpany at all costs.
