Emma was very polite, pleasant and accommodating. I'd definitely recommend using Van Monster.

Friendly staff, good prices and fair trade in offer. Car purchased was immaculate and had half a tank of fuel! No 'nit picking' approach to the trade in vehicle unlike some sellers I've experienced, and like 'We buy any car'.
I would honestly say this is the smoothest and the fairest car purchase to date. Many thanks to Emma the sales exec. who took care of this.

Today I collected a new van from Emma at the Newcastle branch. I went down last week to see what was in stock, she was great throughout the experience and even came in on her day off to do the transfer. Everything went very smoothly and talked me through all steps to carry out the process. I part ex my old van which they gave a reasonable price for.

From walking through the door initially to collection of the vehicle he was extremely polite, friendly and welcoming. I never once felt rushed, like any of my questions were a bother or made to feel stupid or bad (this is still a rarity unfortunately as a woman buying a vehicle).

His communication throughout was excellent with regular updates and kept me in the loop with the multiple people he had to speak with to get the van sorted and ready.

I would 100% recommend anyone, especially women, to give Martin and Van Monster a visit for their next vehicle. I won’t go anywhere else now. Thank you for making the whole experience a pleasant one!

From the offset of searching for a new van Martin did not fail to support.
Car sales men generally get a bad name for their pushiness and eagerness for a sale.
Not Martin, infact this sale was probably one of the longest he's dealt with, due to some personal set backs.
He did not pester or force the sale as we already had the vehicle in mind and had paid the holding deposit. Weeks went by
before he reached out and contact was to ask how we were and not about a sale !
This alone is a quality which is rare in sales
people and besides supporting a stress free sale. Guided us through an easy process, explained everything throughly and made sure we were happy before signing.
Martins patience alone would make me recommend Van Monster - Newcastle to
any one feeling apprehensive. A genuine bloke.
