I visited your Newcastle branch to view a car that I had spotted whilst driving past. I had no prior appointment & the depot seemed busy at the time. Martin Hunter the branch manager went out of his way to show me around the vehicle and have a test drive. I left a deposit to reserve the vehicle whilst I considered a purchase & possible part exchange. Once I decided I wanted to go ahead and buy Martin had the car valeted & ready for collection. At the time I collected the additional key & locking wheel nut were not at the branch, it was arranged that they would have them posted asap. Despite a bank holiday during this period it took no time at all. Martin sent his technician Kieran Campbell to my home with the extra key and he replaced the locking wheel nuts in no time.

Great service and somewhere I will definitely look when I am in the market for a replacement car in the future.

Martin has been great to deal with and his communications with me have been excellent. When I collected the van he explained everything I needed to know and guided me through the paperwork, explaining bits I wasn't sure about. Van seems great so far, all in all a very positive buying experience.

Sales team are very friendly and explain everything well to make the buying process as easy as possible. There’s no hard sales pitch which made for a relaxed experience. Took a couple of test drives and nothing seemed a bother for them. The cars on offer are very good quality and around 2 years old, with service and warranty, which meant great value for the vehicle we bought.

Neil made the whole process as smooth as possible from start to finish. Including a last minute change to the finance details. I have received a great quality van ex Northgate hire, at a good price.

I’ve been looking for a 9 seater van for a while, when I came across van monster in Blaydon, purely by chance. I rang and spoke to Martin, and within seconds he found me exactly what I’d been looking for. He had the van brought up from Wakefield, and even arranged for an insurance company to call me with a very reasonable quote. Within 3 days everything was sorted from start to finish, and I was the new owner of a 9 seater van fully taxed and insured with no stress what so ever. Martin was absolutely fantastic. I recently bought a 2020 BMW 3 series from Martin at Van monster in Newcastle which is over 5 hours from where I live. Having driven a couple of hours to look at a similar car the day before and leaving very disappointed with the condition and the honesty of the garage I was apprehensive.

I spoke to Martin on the phone and then via email and he sent me detailed pictures of any defects with the car. He sounded like a straight forward and no nonsense chap so I booked a train all the way to Newcastle.

I arrived late ( thank Uk rail network 💩) but he had no issues staying late and going through everything with me, even filling then a rip with fuel prior to my arrival as he new I had a mammoth journey home.

Car collected no fuss and exactly as described.

When I returned home the next day I realised the spare key wasn’t working. Dropped Martin an email and he replied straight back and sorted a solution very quickly.

Great buying experience and don’t have a bad word to say about Van monster Newcastle, and Martin was fantastic to deal with.

We’re do I start !! Total rubbish from start to finish never buy a van of these. Rude costumer service . Bought 2 partners and one wasn’t even road worthy ended up on an RAC recovery Truck took back to van monster they had it 6 weeks then tried to give me it back with no repairs done absolute disgrace had them 2 years and had nothing but bother with them. Do your self a favour stay well clear

Neil Greaves has been great, started looking for a van and right from the start Neil took an interest and listened to everything we required. Within a week he had sourced a van from out of the area, had it delivered to Newcastle we inspected and bought it. Everything went so smoothly and with very little fuss. I would recommend Van Monster Newcastle and Neil to anyone.

Part way through Martin took over and exactly the same happened, no typical sales chat and direct to the point with what they can offer me,

Vans were priced well and the entire process was seamless, I would definitely buy another vehicle from van monster and they will be my first port of call when I require another vehicle
