Absolutely disgusting that these people can get away with this. I managed to get £40 of my £81 back but took several emails and phone calls. Surely something can be done as they know exactly what they... See more

Scam

Yup, Scam. Luckily my bank clocked it and payment didn't go through. Sort of worrying they have all my details though.

Admin fee £80
Didn't see that until the end after I had entered all my details!!.
Was right at the bottom and made my stop and think this was a very high price.

I got stung by this company

I got stung by the company when renewing my license . I put the the official search term into google regarding my license renewal. The first link that came up had links to 10 years renewal, over 70s etc so I clicked on 10 year’s renewal which took me straight to what looked like a DVLA form. I gave my personal details and paid thinking it was £14 as per the fee stated on my letter. It was only when I saw £94 came out of my account that I went back and examined the website and realised it was not the DVLAs page. Pure panic as I realised I had given away all my personal details. I reported the ad to google and it now doesn’t appear unless you put in the web address but it was so misleading it being the first result they came up. I am now so worried my personal details are out there. The company is registered under the unwholesome name of ‘Total Kaos’ and when I clicked on the T&Cs I saw they were registered in Estonia . I did not need an agency to fill in my application for me at the cost of £80 , I can do it myself did £14. Google should never allow these adverts to appear at the top of the page. When I inspected the small print they state they are not affiliated with the DLCA but believe me when you are taken straight to an online form it is not obvious. Thus had never happened to me before

Agree with others this is a scam. I didn't get a license renewal and struggling to get a refund.

I have raised a dispute with the debit card company via my bank.

I have complained to Google ads.

Reported them to the Government area looking out for these types of website. search for report-a-misleading-website-to-search-engines/

Scam site

Scam site, do not use, I tried to get a replacement licence and have been charged £100 instead of £20 the licence should have cost. I emailed to cancel within an hour of payment to cancel, had an email 24hrs later saying I couldn’t cancel. I contacted Halifax bank to claim money back but they said nothing they can do, stay away from these scammers, I have now emailed company informing them I wish to raise an official complaint but not heard anything back

Avoid Avoid Avoid Total Scam

Total scam charged £80 to change address on my driving licence which can be done for free on the DVLA website. There is very small print stating this site is not affiliated to the DVLA but it is branded to look like it is the DVLA.
