Ordered an Itron clock in January 2022.

Never received anything and the Support does not answer.

79,99€ for nothing.

The pen stopped working properly after 5-6 uses.

I have attempted to contact support several times over a one month period and have received no response to my warranty claim nor an acknowledgement of any kind. Looking into other ways to claim warranty now...

Do not waste your money on these products or the company.

I chose GLS 3 days shipping , but now, 1 month later, NOTHING.
The customer services not respond.

I had an order placed for my 3D pen June 23. I added fedex priority 3 day shipping. It is already July 11 , I have heard NOTHING from 3DSimo. I am starting to feel very worried. I dont know what’s going on.

I placed an order for a 3d pen about 2 weeks ago with an idea that it will be a great present for my doughter birthday ... How wrong I was, that they will keep their promise to send product after receiving money + 3 days for fedex... No reply on my email and no any updates on the order, just charged my credit card... Not sure what to do... I though it was a great purchase and my doughter will love it... But i was wrong 🙄

I ordered a tool kit back in April never received a tracking number. Tried contacting company with multiple emails to no avail. After disputing with PayPal. 3d simo will no longer receive my business due to poor customer service

Preorder item purchased and paid for. The announced delivery date has been exceeded and there is no feedback from customer support
After many Mails everything went fine.

I got the product and it broke down after about 17 times if ever using it. first the bringing tool broke from the 2nd use and even though they were nice enough to replace the tip of the burning tool that still didn't fix it. Also the slot where the wire goes in to the pen was getting lose after only 10 uses and the pen was shutting off randomly and now it died. IT IS JUST A BAD PRODUCT ! DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY ON IT !!.

Backed in kickstarter, never received after 5 years. Have the audacity to sell to others instead of fulfilling past pledges.

Yes, they contact me once and proceed to ignore all emails afterward for a whole month. Based on this, people should not trust this business at all. They does not show any willingness to fulfill their obligation.

Update: arrived eventually early November. All good now, but clearly stated delivery dates need to be treated with caution.

Sent me a product that didn't perform, requested a refund. Had to get it sent back by courier at my own expense. They didn't pick it up from customs and either fobbed me off with a story about sorting it or outright ignored my emails. It's been over a month now and they still haven't got it from customs. Do not trust this company, I am in contact with Czech trading standards now.

After receiving my 3d dismo pen as a gift for a boy and this is the best gift he has ever gotten . I also wrote 3d dismo support care team few questions and requests . Luckily their responses are super quick and they help customers with a great care . I was very satisfied .

Great company. I bought a Nixie Tube Clock kit. Always wanted one, rare to find. There was a delay in sending it but I was informed that due to demand and supply might be a wait. They got right back to me with responses super quick though. Great product and great service. Thanks!

The story is too long to tell here. Almost a year of false promises and then ignoring my requests. The pen works for a month and then it breaks. When you see someone praising it - ask them if they used it for a long time. I bet they did not.
Just don't buy it.

Awesome little tool! I found the MultiPro versatile with all the attachments for soldering, burning, 3d printing etc. I even found the switching of the head attachments really easy. This is going to be an awesome tool for future craft ideas!
Everything works great (except the app, can't seem to update it on an Android phone, but that is minor).
And customer support is awesome too. Jan you are a superstar in getting the Multipro out to me in Australia.

I am Architekt and like to play with this my 3Dsimo KIT, for playing inspires me. I choose this Pen, for there are young engaged european ingeneures working to increase their product. When having a problem, I could send it back and they repaired it promptly! I think this is most important, that there are people who love theire work and repaire things. We have so much and waist to much!

I bought the big set 3Dsimo Multipro 7 in 1 for a creative 11 years daughter as a Christmas present. For that purpose its excellent! It's right to say, for me as a technician, the universality is a bit at the expense of the performance, I am talking mainly about the jig saw. The screwdriver and drill are very usable, but for smaller jobs, there aren't comparable with the dedicated tools. But the burning/soldering tool, resistance wire cutter and mainly the 3D pen are really great and useful tools, for the daughter and for me as well.
Overall, I am very happy to get these tools.

I've finally purchased decent 3D pen. It helps with little details of my printed pieces.
There are of course other tools and attachments that I will use in a near future but for now I'm quite satisfied already.

I finally received my replacement jig saw screws and replacement multipro and I tested the 3d draw and everything ran as should thank you! when trying to get ready for valentines day i hope you all create unique ideas for your love one and for the world to heal from the madness. Great job guys stay safe and keep inventing the only way to secure our future is to heal the present.
