I have the best experience with customer servis- they were fast and communitative. We contacted them with a trouble which needs to be fixed. They replied to our email next day and after receiving our 3d Simo Basic they repaired it in one day and send back free od charge. I truly appreciate such attitude!

Their 3d print pen worked for a few hours, then the charging port disconnected from the main board. I initiated a support request and sent all of the photos they requested. They agreed to a warranty replacement, and then stopped responding to all requests (email, Facebook, twitter, LinkedIn, etc.)

Their product was priced above average and is poorly made and not at all supported. Not a trustworthy endeavor.

Product came spoilt and customer service is non-existent. They'll promise to get back to you before ghosting you again with no actual solution to the problem.

Massive waste of time and money. One of the worst online shopping experience I've ever encountered.

My thoughts and experience are mixed. first off i like to express my experience on the multipro. First off out of the box you got an sexy premium pen even without the app which there was development delay the whole problem with the device and its attachments are A: the 3d draw after a few hours it seems to struggle maybe a cheap gear issue? But whatever it maybe this is your flagship this should kill every 3d pen on the market out of the box ! it's a great crafting tool but for 3d printing its disappointing and that's the core of your whole company. Which leads to B) customer service. Now you offer an high price item that's sealed up tight now you expect right away support and next day results nope and with so many complaint of emails going to spam how is it I contact irene from human resources and she gets back immediately but i contact support nothing? and when you did its not rapid results and when i spend over a 100.00 on something i base my rating I rate it on this price, quality, and customer service. and for the price i hold you responsible to have excellence across the board. Now i did an experiment to compare i bought an 3d doodler pen again a premium 3d printing pen ran great for an week and something malfunctioned and stop running contacted support gave them an error code they walked me through steps and told me don't even worry about it throw it away or do whatever with it and they sent a brand new one next day no charge all done in one day.
Now back to the multipro the 3d draw died only after 4 hours of use even confirming if the device could handle proto pasta stainless steel yes you agreed to an replacement but i'd still would be waiting for it if i didn't decide to purchase one myself and i sat on it broken for 4 months! and not to mention the jig saw attachment didn't come with the screws to keep the blade in place so that's garbage i tried contacting libor and jan still no word . The whole part I enjoyed was the drill attachment but still could of just bought s cheap engraving tool for all that. Overall i'm broken hearted and disappointed to even to have to write all this.

Libor contacted me and offered to send the device back to swap it out and offered to give the screws for the jig saw. It's still disappointing but it's a solution and not a complete waste of my money. I raised my rating but i believe your company should already have international partners so returns doesn't reflect cost to your customers but if when i ship and receive the return and it wows me and last more than it did then i'll raise my rating and will highly recommend. Again i didn't try all the attachments other than the drill cutting and burning tools are ok just the the gears when it feeds the filament it seems to slip and sometimes stops gripping and just pushes up against the 3d draw attachment instead of not extruding properly. Not saying it's a bad product just disappointed in that feature that's all.

DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT! I have bought the 3D simo multipro and the filament motor suddenly stopped working after 2 weeks of careful usage. Since then I have been trying to get their customer support via email\facebook and they never reply. they also delete my comments on their facebook page. AVOID ORDERING from them.

I had a terrible, terrible experience with this company.

When I received the product I immediately noticed that they did not have any manuals about how to work the device.

They did have a manual on how to put it together but once I had correctly assembled everything it did not work. I contacted the company and they told me that I had to send back the product at my own expense.

Since I could not do anything with the product I did send it back. Then I never heard from them again. They essentially stole Over 200$ from me!!!!

How awful! I have never had such a horrible experience with any company.

I wanted to adjust my review here. Finally they contacted me after I left this review. They did refund me but the communication was terrible and I really had lost any hope. The product still did not work, the customer service was terrible and I had to pay for the shipping to ship the unworking product back to them. They still deserve one star.

Sold faulty product! I returned the product per their instructions and they claimed it was never received very shady company do not do business! Paypal also sides with them!

Purchased the kit 2 and the received product was not as pictured the nozzle was recessed inside the body of the pen, and the electronics were DOA. Product completely unusable even if it did work.

I work a lot with several 3Dpens and the 3Dsimo is by far the best.
After working over almost 3000 m. filament in two years, the tip no longer worked. I emailed the company and send the pen to them.
After a few days I had the pen beck with a NEW tip and they flashing new FW.
And all at no cost.
I am very satisfied with the pen, the support and the service.

I ordered a 3Dsimo pen and it worked for less than an hour before it started having issues. The motor stopped heating properly and starting making a terrible noise, and it no longer melted properly. Basically it became useless. I was using materials direct from #Dsimo marked for use with my pen, and I had barely used it. It was definitely defective and not a user error.

I emailed customer service with details, photos, and a video to ask what to do. That was 8 months ago, they didn't respond. I'm very upset and disappointed.

They said I could ship it back to them (Which would cost me as much as the pen because they're on the other side of the world) and hope they repair it and send it back to me. Or I can buy another pen from them at only a "slight" (unspecified) upcharge.

I am very wary of spending $50 to ship it back to them, as others have said the packages are not claimed and the company ghosts them. I am also not sure I want to spend more money and hope that they actually send me a new pen.

I responded asking if I would be responsible for shipping costs and what the difference was to buy a new pen and ship it and guess what?

Got ghosted again, and then they tried to flag this review as false today. So I am updating yet again. Terrible product. Terrible company. They only respond to online complaints and ignore emails. Buy literally anything else.

The Multipro is a very versatile tool and completes my 3D printer. I mainly ordered it for fixing prints which otherwise i would have to throw away because of small defects. Once started I realized more possibilities e.g. changing the properties of a part by cutting it first and adding additional material later. Also welding of parts is possible. Smoothing works great, even partially which allows many future possibilities. By now the longer I use it the more ideas open up. It’s like a Suisse Army Knife for modeling.

The option to add your own materials by creating new profiles inside the pen is great and makes life a lot easier if the needed material is not already available.

As with every tool it needs time to get used to it. I won’t expect great results from the start but practice makes perfect. You have to get used to the way this pen expects to be used. If the result isn’t right then adjustments in technique have to be made. As the pen is very ergonomic and works very well, I expect with patience to get very good results in the future.

Contact to the support was great. I had questions about the attachments and received help in a few hours. Very supportive and professional contact.

In case the Multipro ever gets lost I would buy another one.

I bought the Multipro 4 in 1. It was missing the soldering set and the plastic measuring plate for the foam cutter. Instead it had 2 burning sets included. I contacted customer service and they send me the parts missing.

Overall I am very pleased with the product and the service, the response was quick also the first time when asking them when the product would be shipped.

I haven't drawn much but have used the burning set to smooth out my 3d prints i had. The PLA smoothing works perfect on even the lowest setting.
Included in the box where a lot more spools of plastic then I was expecting which is very nice to have and experiment with. ABS and PLA where included and even a transparent PLA.
Definitely I can recommend the product and besides the issues other people had, I had great experience with with product and service👍

I know there are many negative reviews here. I don’t want to take anything away from those who have had bad experiences. However, my experience was good. I ordered the KIT 2 (4 in 1) and chose the $20USD FedEx delivery option. They shipped the next business day after I ordered and I received it in Australia a week after it was shipped at no extra cost.

The KIT 2 is good. It is not perfect, but it is what I expected it to be. There were edges that had to be sanded down and the casing has cracked in between two layers. Overall, it still works. I can 3D print, solder, burn and cut. I don’t mind the imperfections; I bought the KIT 2 because it is open source so I can fix it and improve it as needed.

I’m giving this four stars because while the product is imperfect, it is what I expected it to be. Delivery was very good too.

I ordered the full multitook kit with all the attachments. I've used the 3D pen and the wood burning tools so far and honestly it's the best 3D pen I've ever used. I did have some trouble early on, with it not appearing to properly connect the 3D Pen, I contacted support and they responded very quickly with assistance that helped me get it working again and better learn how to take care of and use it. I have seen a lot of negative reviews, but I'm wondering if those really have to do with the product and support, but I've had nothing but excellent service.

I had a great experience with customer service this week. I needed to buy some spare tips and everything was super smooth and fast. They even gave me some gifts and it was no problem to pick it up at the company headquarters. I wish every customer care was like this.

Hello! I have the 3dsimo multipro pen. I like the different functions, and the pen is slim and nice to work with. I have had a few issues, hence the 4 star rating rather than five, but customer support has been able to help me. I would recommend this pen for those who have used 3d pens before, and are willing to be patient and take the struggles that come with this one.

I receive today my 3D pen Simo Kit 2 and I receive in my email a gift with some type SLA file. For what they are and how can be me so lucky to get them? I have some questions. Do you have a movie in English or instruction in PDF format online with this pen how to use? Pen have some buttons. I don't see any draw for what they are. Every customer discover how is work and make own rules. All information and instruction they are on a paper page on both side and every draw is dark to black but was fun to guess what part can be. More fun I have with my kids when I discover colors what go to extruder don't match the draw. Take me few hours to open and close, and open again and only solution is was to see how is work to don't use parts what cover the extruder and help with a screw driver filament to go to nozzle hole. When all parts are start working I use last cover and I finish to assembly the pen. May be was to much expectation from pen but make so much noise and so less filament come out How can stop spread filament after stop to push button? Retract filament can be change the value? I use only PLA filament this night with my kids and I see temperature is set to 230C. We can test to lower the temperature because make noise like filament is boiling and how can do it? On screen we have some letters and percentage what they mind? For my kids was fun. We did some abstract art but if I get some more information may be we will understand how to use because right now is not working. English is not my native language and sorry for mistake what I done. I hope you understand I try to present my experience with your 3d pen Simo kit 2 like a joke but I am not happy with your product and please tell me if can be use.

I bought this company's 3dSimo Multipro. I'll be honest, I jumped at every little thing that seemed the tiniest bit suspicious. Boy, was I wrong! I had a bunch of problems with my 3dsimo, and did not get a response multiple times when I contacted the company. It takes a bit of patience to get a response from a company where so many people want their product. In the end, they went above and beyond to get me replacements for the defective pieces and helped me out through the entire process, which became especially slow due to the unforeseen COVID-19 outbreak. In the end, I had an absolutely amazing piece of tech, with the most versatile makeup I had ever seen. Don't listen to the negative reviews; I got what I paid for, and (by my opinion) a lot more! each kit comes with everything you need to start creating. With a bit of practice, you become a pro at soldering, foam cutting, burning, and most importantly, 3d-drawing! I realized the potential in this the very second I saw it. I truly did not think such an amazing tool could exist, and at such a price as well! More attachments are being developed- which I have not yet bought, but I might do it eventually- and they seem absolutely amazing! This tool is not only the future; it'll be used to build the future. It's a tool with the potential to be used by hobbyists and professionals alike. This tool can be used for so many things; fixing stuff, improving stuff, making stuff, you name it! With this tool, it's as simple as plug, click, FUTURE. I cannot say I have seen a product like this, ever. There is literally nothing - NOTHING - like this in the entire world, which I could find. not even close, besides the fact that it is a 3d pen. And even then, I couldn't find a 3d pen with the potential to use as many different materials as this. This company is constantly progressing. They are creating more instructions, giving out ideas, and they even created a part of their eshop to purchase 3d-printable models of accessories for their products. And with the release of their app, the potential will be multiplied by many folds.

In addition, 3dSimo, starting at the and of April, has decided to give out a face mask and disinfectant gel with every order. Truly, this is an indication that they care about not only their customers, but everyone in general.

In conclusion, don't listen to the negative reviews. Just go for it, buy from the company, and have some patience! I really don't think you'll regret anything. Go ahead and order, and begin building the future!

Well, I'm editing my review because I'm really unhappy with the customer service.

While the pen might be fair, the customer service is horrible. If you have any question, they'll answer it, but as soon as you got a problem with your pen and ask for help, they'll just stop answering your e-mails, no matter how many you send.

And because it is most likely that you will have a problem with your pen ( I used it EXACTLY how they say to use it and still got issues with it, even one at the very first use ) I really don't recommend buying it, unless you want to waste your money.

New edit : After more than 6 months, I recieved a replacement pen, and guess what? It's got the same problem. Well, not exactly. While my previous pen did not grab the filament at all anymore, this one doesn't grab it when i've been using it for more than 5 minutes...
So take out the filament of the pen, let it cool, put the filament back in, use the pen for 5 minutes, take the filament out again, let it cool again, put it back in again, use it for 5 minutes again... Well you got it.
While I've edited my review, I'm not editting my final toughts ; don't waste your money on this product.
