This is the first time l used AAA and would definitely use them again the guys were so polite very good at thier job very careful with our furniture very reasonable priced

This was the second time I used AAA, as the first time, I found them professional.
Their handling of the furniture & other items where with care, in loading up & unloading at destination. Their price was unbelieving with the time their took, their return journey, fuel,
was really affordable. I even had a chat with one of the guys which made it more socially.

Great service ; guys were on time to the minute. They didn’t mess about they got working packed everything into the truck and met me at the next property. I was worried about the new property as it had just been painted and new timber floors laid; shouldn’t have the guys were super careful even lifted the king mattress over the balcony on the second storey as not to damage the internal walls. Truck 71 highly recommended. Also a major plus price was great too.

The guys were on time & very helpful.
Only reason I didn’t give them 5 stars is because I had to tell them twice to shrink wrap my furniture better as I paid $250 to get all my furniture shrink wrapped.
Also they took my expensive leather sofa onto trolley without any protection & that really annoyed me. At the end nothing was damaged.

A SUPER hard-working team of 4 men I had help me move. And it was a BIG move (7.30am-5.30pm)!!! All the 4 men were super polite and friendly, especially George, often going out of his way to be of assistance where needed. This was the third time I used AAA City Removalists and will not hesitate to use their services again in the future and/ or recommend them.

Thank you AAA Removalist for making my move a lot less stressful.

I recently had my move last Thursday and I would say that AAA Removalist did a very good job. They were very efficient and was able to communicate with us clearly and listens to what we want them to do. If there is a thing I would advise AAA is that they should be more competitive next time. A lot of removalist now offers unlimited time and fixed time whether it’s interstate or local move. I love AAA service but on my next move if I have to choose between unlimited time and per half hour pricing, I would definitely go with the unlimited time as you can’t tell on the day of your move if something unavoidable would happen.

The AAA City Removalists Truck 84 team are fantastic and highly professional removalists.
They arrived promptly at 7am and parked the 10T truck expertly.
All three team members were very nice and courteous, communicating with us to determine which items to move and where, whether we want to protect fragile items with bubble or flat wrap, and checking in periodically as we packed up the last few miscellaneous boxes.
The team worked together quickly, efficiently and carefully to move all our large number of items, navigating some stairs and tight doorways, with not a bump. They were perhaps more concerned about the care of our items than we were!
We also needed to move a heavier than usual cooler and they handled that with aplomb.
They packed the truck extremely well to fit everything in and to ensure everything is snug and secure so it wouldn't shift about.
Unloading went quickly, with the team asking where we would like each item to go, but also able to work this out for themselves when we were not around.
The cost of the move was in line with our expectations and well worth it for the hassle-free experience.
Also it is worth mentioning that we needed to reschedule our move multiple times due to property settlement issues, and AAA City Removalists were very accommodating and flexible each time, which we definitely appreciate. Not many removalists would be able to do this.
All round they are a totally professional team of removalists and we absolutely recommend them.

It was a positive experience due to prompt arrival, good communication, efficient delivery, clear admin and reasonable rates.

Nihad & Co Truck 71 were absolutely a delight to work With. They arrived well on time and spent a few minutes the plan for the loading. Very efficiently loaded, transported and offloaded at our destination. Always happily ready to adjust and make changes where required, I have no doubts in recommending this team if you need the service ever

Roy truck 24 and his team were amazing! They did such a great job moving 2bedroom unit on 3rd floor to 2bedroom unit on 3rd floor aswell! Punctual, quick and very careful with moving my things! I highly recommend Roy Truck 24!

AAA City Removalist is very PROFESSIONAL. On time, no wasting time, even tried to save the time for us. The staff introduced all the details and price to me before start. It's a team packed with experienced.

AAA team arrived on time and worked efficiently to get us moved. There was a problem though. We had ordered 3 men and largest truck yet out possessions could not all be moved. We did n o t have a lot of furniture but quite a few boxes and a fridge and freezer, plus gardening equipment and 10 medium pot plants. Other bits and pieces but all could not fit. The 3 man team were great with no time wasting. After discussion with AAA office we were given a discount, not huge but a discount so overall we were satisfied with the service and would use AAA again.
