Good move but will get better with more experience
Recently used this company based on mostly the reviews I read. The crew we had were good. They took great care of our things. Our family have moved ourselves a lot in the past so it is always hard to compare the service we received. We felt that the crew we had could have been more efficient as we had the extra third person but a lot of the time the third person seemed to lack direction. We felt that a lot of this came down to the team leader as he seemed to have some struggles with figuring out the best way to utilise the space available in the truck, and also giving clear directions. We had moved quite a bit of our stuff prior to the move which had been included in the quote and the move seemed to take longer than anticipated. What we thought should have been a 4 hour job (especially using the 3rd man) took 5 hours. Other than this the move itself was good.

Good experience with one negative feecback.
It is almost two weeks since we moved on the 15th March. The moving cost is a bit pricy consider we only move across the street, but We do love the moving experience as the team is very careful, professional, and polite during the entire process. However, a small dent is left in our new home door frame caused by the moving process. That is the only negative feedback I have. Overall, it is a good experience.

The two boys were efficient and polite. They even had a hard job with the stairs yet it went well and insert time.
It was the little things they did that sold me. The confirmation call the day before to check all details.
