If i could give no stars i would. Boooked a car for 8am called before to check all was ok and was told 10 or 15 min delay , at 807 got a text saying car had been dispatched. At 0825 no car called again message said it would be dispatched soon. 0822 another message saying car was dispatched. 0835 no car , called and message said to look out for a blue car. 0850 no car called and was told i had cancelled. I assured the operator i had definitely not cancelled as i needed to get to work. They then said the driver had arrived and i wasn't there. This was a lie as i had been standing outside the entire time.he then said he would transfer me to the manager, he put me on hold for 7 mins then cut the call off. I tried several times to call again but they just cut the call off. I then had to get someone from my work to come for me. Whilst waiting they then started bombarding me with calls. None of which i answered as by that stage i didnt want any more of their lies. Will never use them again nor recommend them to anyone.

I wouldn't even give it one! Rang for a taxi got someone abroad was very nice! Rang back to see where it was got someone from here! Asked where it was got the phone put down on me and taxi cancelled! Rang back 3 times and all 3 times they hung straight up!! I had worked in the taxi business for 14 years! Even this company (lasted a month) Terrible attitudes! Owner doesn't care!! If you want a decent company that don't lie ring any other company but these!

I just want to say a big thank you to the operator that booked me a taxi for 13/9/22 7:30/8am as I had to get to hospital for an important operation. The driver was also really chatty and a top bloke.
Quality service all round.

The worst taxi firm of all time.. absolutely shocking and disgusting human beings in the call centre in Warrington. I explained that I had been charged on 5 separate occasions for one journey that I paid via credit card.. I was told there is nothing they can do and not to argue.. the women was foul mouthed and arguably the worst attitude I’ve come across.. absolute shambles… also told that manages leave at 4pm and so therefore they couldn’t pass me onto anyone.

absolutely the worst company I have ever dealt with. We have booked a contract to take our autistic son back and to college and here we are three days in and they have managed to mess up every single day, the first two evenings they were late to pick him up causing him great anxiety and on the third day they never even bothered to send a taxi as far as we can tell. The college phoned them 30 minutes before the taxi was due to make sure it was on its way and the person in the office just said they were very busy and hung the phone up, they phoned again to see if it was on its way and still a very rude response, eventually an hour later the college had to arrange their own local taxi to bring him home obviously advising us that this was what was happening, we contacted the taxi company and seemed to have a problem getting through to the right person, nobody really taking ownership or showing any interest in the fact that there was a vulnerable child waiting for one of their taxis, eventually when we got through to the lady (I say lady!!!) Who apparently deals with the contracts she could not say whether there was a taxi on the way saying “we’re very busy here you know“ and then hung the phone up. So this will give you some idea of the types of people company you are dealing with and if I was you I would not be booking my taxi through these people ever again especially if you’ve got to be somewhere on time like an airport etc. Whoever owns this company needs to sort it out if they are at all bothered, it used to be a good a couple of years ago but now it’s an absolute waste of space please do not use them

Terrible taxi company. Booked two weeks on the run early in the day. Both times have turned up over 30 mins late. Have made me late for appointments. What the point of booking if there NOT going to turn up on time!!! Will never use again!!!

Dreadful company booked a taxi much earlier in the day for evening time via there app. Taxi did not turn up so I rang them and was told it would br 15 to 20 mins. 30 mins later I rang them again and was told by them same person taxi would be 15 to 20mins. I told him you said the same thing 30mins ago, he admitted they did not have a drive and I would just have to wait as long as it takes. I cancelled the cab and drove to restaurant. Their App is pointless,

How this company is still in business is beyond me. They are a shower of sh**e. Booked a taxi for 6pm called to ask when will it be here the guy on the other end of the phone said it will be at least another 20 minutes. We had a reservation booked for 6.30 we were never going to make it. I will be using Direct Taxi from now on…

Partner Booked a taxi last night Aug 1st she phoned the day before as needed a taxi to take her the following morning to train station she was going the train station for obvious reasons you know the reason anyone goes to a TRAIN STATION SHE WANTED TO FEED THE DUCKS !!!!!!!!! Jokes to one side and no people I'm not talking about ABBA the company honest !!!!!!!!! Anyway taxi was booked for 8 30 taxi turns up at Ten past 9 (after countless calls to the office not sure what part of the world thats in either) I was told by ABBA there was nothing they could do the traffic was bad and they where short on drivers yet again this lot are useless and couldn't organise Drinks In a nightclub if u can get the bus get the bus if u can run then run if u can walk then walk but for the love of god don't give this lot your money they really have gone to the dogs ABBA THE COMPANY YOU CANT TRUST

Absolutely shocking business! The other week I booked a taxi on the app turned up half hour late . When coming back rang again have to wait another half hour for a taxi. Then again today rang up miserable person on the phone , on its way still waited 20 minutes I'd used the app to book again early . Cancelled it and used direct so much better will never be using Abba again

Booked a taxi on 12 July at 22.15 from rams head Grappenhall to premier inn Woolston and told 20 minutes. After 40 we called and told most of the drivers have gone home. Asked to wait another 20 minutes , we gave up 1 hour 10 minutes after original booking and walked 2 miles to a taxi rank in Stockton Heath. The original taxi never turned up and we never heard anything from ABBA again. Bring on Uber in Warrington, desperately needed!

Taxi booked arrived an hour late !, We then pre-booked a taxi for the end of the night, in which when we rang back the guy said we will just have to grab any taxi, but please don't get violent ! What kinda service is that, absolutely disgusting, we didnt get any taxi an had a two hour walk home

Promised a taxi for 22:00 a no show, rang again promised one for 22:15 as its on its way. 22:15 again a no show rang again to be told we are in a que and it gets here when it gets here. Worst company I have delt with.

Booked taxis to Manchester airport and back... 5 mins after pick up time rang them.. obviously no taxi on route and they had to organise ... late to airport, thankfully flight was late!!! Coming back rang them on boarding to confirm pick up.. ring as you land they said.. twice phone disconnected (by them) then on several further attempts to ring just got the voice message saying we know you are waiting but no-one answered... after half an hour (at 1.30pm) abandoned and paid twice the price for a black cab.

I hadn't read the reviews but now I understand why I SHOULD NEVER HAVE GONE NEAR THIS COMPANY... DELETE THE APP AND DELETE THE PHONE NUMBER FROM YOUR MEMORY!!!!

This shower should have their license removed. I ordered a taxi for 2.30pm so i could collect kids from school at 3pm. its a 10 min drive so i had 20 minutes to spare. Aafter 8 calls and being constanly told "the car is just around the corner" or "it's 2 minutes away" it finally turned up 50 minutes late at 3.20pm. Luckily the school understood when I told them it was Abba Cars.!
Why tell lies - if you dont have a car just say so and we could make other arrangements but by being told the car is 2 minutes away you keep us waiting in hope. This isnt the first time but it is the last. You are unreliable, inconsiderate liars.

Should be 0 stars. I booked a return trip over a month ago and confirmed it with the company 24 hours before. The outward journey although 20 minutes late took us to the concert approx 10 miles away. As we left the concert I had a missed call which I returned 8 minutes later (still 10 minutes before the taxi was due). They cancelled the taxi because I didn’t pick up!!! They then said they had dispatched a cab which didn’t arrive. Called two more times and said the same. Waited an hour in Delamere Forest before giving up. We were fortunate to be given a lift to a town in the opposite direction from where we were able to get a taxi.
An elderly couple staying at our hotel suffered the same fate but ABBA claimed never to have had the booking. AVOID

Been using abba for a while. I must admit always turned up on time when I ring on a Saturday night going out. But my husband called in the office in the cockhedge office warrington to book going home. Rang the bell. No answer. Rang again a rude woman said I heard you the first time. My husband said I might be drunk but don't appreciate being spoken to like dirt. We got in the taxi and some big I am came out having a go at my husband which wound him up we got threw out of the taxi who was going to take
us home till the little gob on legs
kept going on. Abba your staff are so rude in the office. You don't deserve custom

Scruffy cu**ts charged 25 pound for 9 mile journey
And the staff need a good hiding aswell mouthy little karens on the phone

Terrible. I've had the same experience as people below. Book a taxi, told it'll be there in 20 minutes. Two hours later, I've been spoken to rudely by their staff on the phone, and still no taxi. Never again.
