Nothing but excuses for extremely poor communication and contact. We had purchased a ticket but the machine only printed part of our car reg, a fine came out saying no ticket purchased or displayed, this was totally wrong. We got a proper run around from Eurocarparks and no help from
the ombudsman, researched and found this company, engaged via email, explained, paid a fee then had to constantly chase for updates and information, after chasing they said they had lodged 2 appeals - where's the results? once the fine hit £170 and court letters we had to finally give in and paid, at our age 60+ we couldn't handle the stress. Very costly disappointing experience. Today, i emailed and said how disappointed we were in their customer support they responded with 'I can see our team responded to all of your emails' yes ! My emails none driven by you - Jokers

Great appeal process: first of all this company will check if you will succeed in appealing before they will take your case on. They will update you with the process and within a few weeks you will receive a cancellation notice of the ticket. Great job and highly recommended

The staff responds to their customers great they're very passionate about what they do. They treated me with respect and always find time to address any issues regarding the the penalty tickets.

Having used Appeal Parking a few times, I can honestly say they are experts with parking fines, and do their utmost best to get you the best results. I had a parking ticket issued unfairly by Euro Car Parks, which was passed onto other companies to pursue me for payment. This was issued in 2021. Appeal parking fought my case and managed to get the ticket completely cancelled. Highly recommend their service.

Using this guys services for number of years. They are saving not only tonnes of times, but also take the stress away! Can recommend to everyone driving in the UK, as if you are, sooner or later you'll get some sort of penalty. Also, the guys are very straight forward about the chances of the success of the appeal - that's really good point to use their services!
