Never Ever Use this company
Never Ever, Ever, Ever.......Ever use this company. Brilliant at meeting you, taking your keys. Then you have a lovely holiday blissfully unaware that on your return you are walking into a S**t storm. Plane landed at 6. Car eventually turned up at 9 with the key left on the tyre. This was after at least 30 calls,(about 20 were answered) a call to the Police, a failed attempt to book a taxi. A wife in tears whilst waiting in a cold car park for 3 hours. Crazy, Crazy, Crazy that Gatwick allow these rogue traders to operate at their airport.

2hr wait for my car!!!!!
I called as soon as I landed and waited almost two hours for my car! I was calling several times to find out where it is and the guy ended up hanging up on me and some of the other people waiting as well.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE RUDE AND INEFFICIENT.

90 mins to answer the phone on return…
90 mins to answer the phone on return to Gatwick. A further hour to get our car!
Nobody answers the phone dispite 3 numbers.
I called literally 50 times!
A dozen families waiting hours for their car to be returned at Gatwick on New Years Eve.
You also have to pay for the car park to drop off & pick up.
Terrible service. Do not use.

A disappointing experience
A disappointing experience. A bit late for drop off with confusing information. For the pick up it took an hour and a half to get our car. Each time I contacted the team I was told ‘it will be another 20 minutes’. Overall it was a false economy.
