Just awful
Just awful - my parcel has been with them since Sunday - completely understand it was a Bank Holiday Monday but when the status hasnt changed since 3rd May by 2pm on 5th, its not great. I didnt have a great experience with the courier last time and this has just further put me off ordering from anyone who uses Evri to deliver goods

Everytime I order from a company that requires Evri as a courier either A I'll never get my parcel and it gets lost or B its delayed. Your customer service isn't 24/7 impossible to speak to anyone. Im curious if your drivers are stealing parcels at this rate. Don't even get me started with your business partnership with M&M I literally can't order a thing anymore because your company is incompetent either stealing or losing every parcel. I am now waiting on a tent to arrive from decathlon surprise surprise delayed what is wrong with your company absolute scam

Parcel should have been delivered to a shop but we were notified it had been delivered to our house !
Not only was the parcel not from the company we had bought the item from ,as identified by the picture supplied but it was also at the wrong address .
A complete shambles !!

Terrible service and not contactable
Terrible service and not contactable. I've called the 03308085456 number numerous times and always get a message saying they have a technical fault call later only for this to go on and on.
When will you pick the parcel up you have been paid to do?
Please do not respond with a generic call the 03308085456 response as this does not work, it's not possible to get through to anyone.

I was not at home, the parcel was left in the corret place and a photograph taken. I was then informed that the delivery by Evri had been completed to my satisfaction. Very pleased thank you.
